Matting and about a year of growth 😅 to trim and gorgeous! I almost couldn’t believe she was the same dog!

After I missed our winter appointment (holidays, man! My brain was fried) My dog couldn’t even see through her hair. I was so embarrassed, but I finally made the appointment. I can’t express enough how wonderful the staff was! They were so gentle and sweet with Rosie and she looks so happy now!! Plus she got her vaccines during her stay and it was the most affordable price I’ve seen in Cheyenne for such a great job!!

Broadmoor is incredible! Highly highly recommend!!

My daughter and I visited here a couple weeks ago as we always pass it driving into town but never went in. It is a very clean and tidy boutique that also has boarding and veterinary services right at the same building. They offer tons of products to choose from and purchase. They even have little cookies and treats inside of a patisserie case which I found absolutely precious. Everything is priced reasonably. We will be visiting again soon!

This has been my favorite place for years boarding my dogs. The staff on both sides are amazing and has always taking good care of our pets. I appreciate you all very much from Boarding/Grooming to Vet side. I also exspecially want to thank Reagan for all your hard work and going up and beyond for us. Got the cutest pictures when we picked up. Totally reccomend for all your pet needs...🐾🐾

I boarded my three dogs over this last weekend, as well as had them groomed and I can not speak highly enough of Broadmoore! They were able to accommodate a last minute booking for us, and treated us with nothing but kindness the whole time. Our dogs look amazing after their grooming. My dogs always seem to be anxious when returning from being boarded and this was not the case with Broadmoore. If you’re looking, for a vet, a groomer or a place to board your animals absolutely call them!

Our dogs were well taken care of, they were happy healthy and very playful. Excited to be home but they were their same old selves which speaks volumes of the way they were treated. Definitely going to have my dogs stay there again when needed!

First time boarding with them, and our little guy is traumatized. Upon pickup, he smelled very strange and his paws were wet, with something crusted onto his belly and underside. He doesn't have anxiety issues, and goes to day care minimum twice a week, so he normally is excited to go get groomed, go to the vet, meet new people etc. and does not ever have any fear or strange behavior when we pick him up. This time, he acting scared, and almost wanted to jump into the car to get out of there. Staff didn't have any feedback as to what happened during those 3 days and just collected money and sent him on his way. Will not be sending him back any time soon and extremely disappointed for $30 per night.

I have boarded my dogs with Broadmoor 3 times and will never be doing so again. First time went fine as I had never boarded my dogs before and didn't know all the options available in Cheyenne. My large dog is older and has anxiety so the next visits, I requested the elderly side for her and my small dog to make it easier on her. I have them share a kennel to help my older dog feel less stressed. The 2nd visit, they didn't have the elderly side noted and I had to remind them that I had specifically requested that when I made the reservation. Not sure they stayed on the elderly side though. This last time, I called to schedule the reservation 2 weeks in advance and requested elderly side which I was told they would be placed there. When I brought my dogs in, they had no record of my reservation at all. They said they could still take them and when I questioned if they would still be on the elderly side, I was told that they would definitely be on that side. Picking my dogs up, I notice they are in the general side and when I asked the girl up front she says she doesn't think they were in elderly. I will never be using this place again. Forgetting the request on the 2nd visit then completely losing the entire reservation this time. Then to promise they will be in the side I requested and actually not do that is infuriating. They don't seem to be very organized for scheduling and they obviously have no issue lying to your face to avoid handling their own mistake.
