We had such a lovely time. I pay great attention to the little details of hotels and this one had lots a great little details that I appreciated. We spent the day at Indian Springs and then conveniently went right across the street to the Brannan Cottage Inn. It was small and quaint but just right for what we needed and wanted. It was easy to check in and I loved speaking with the ladies at the reception desk. The king room was great, its right on the courtyard so seems a bit exposed but we were comfortable and able to rest overall. I loved the heated bathroom floors and extra little amenities. We will certainly be returning as we also loved Calistoga too!

This is an adorable option for a stay, especially if you do not like the bigger spa options. In an historical building that has been refurbished beautifully into 5 lovely rooms. Wood floors, white tiles bathrooms (heated toilet seats!), fabulous amenities, light, comfortable beds, a sweet garden for sitting and a general store and cafe for coffee, salads and sandwiches. Checkin is virtual and everyone on staff I came it contact with was lovely. Bikes are available and proximity to town is great.
Also took my dog (small pet fee). Would absolutely come again. Would be fun to rent all five rooms.

Her prompt responses, courtesy and diligence to secure all our requests was the best service we got this year at any hotel stay. We had an incredible stay at Brannan Cottage Inn. The room was extremely clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The complimentary bikes were in perfect condition and easy to use to enjoy the area. The location was perfect and the staff was so attentive and provided a lot of thoughtful touches. We are definitely going to try and return for another stay.

Beautifully appointed room and outdoor spaces. On arrival, the room smelled lovely and had sweet details , the bed and bathroom were divine. Best customer care I have experienced in a hotel. Amazing location to explore Calistoga. Loved that the bikes were always available and in perfect condition. Incredible experience. Can't wait to come back.

My family and I didn't stay at the hotel but popped into the cafe for a light breakfast and coffee. They serve really tasty drinks, sandwiches, and pastries. The property looked really quaint and wouldn't hesitate to check out staying here if in Calistoga.

We were SO pleased with our stay! I loved that the cottage had a lot of history behind it, made for a much more interesting experience than the rather sterile Four Seasons up the street. The room was so cozy and impeccably clean and comfortable. There were so many little details in the room that made it clear the management truly values its guests and they have gone the extra mile to make their guests feel special. There was an Apple TV open to local attractions. A bouquet and bottle of sparkling rose were there in honor of our anniversary. There were adorable Italian espresso cups instead of paper. The sheets were impossibly soft and the bed perfectly comfortable. The bathroom floors and toilet seat were heated (great for the brisk early Spring weather). They use the same eco-friendly TP I use at home! The decor was a lovely balance of modern updating while keeping with the history. Nicole was in touch with us the whole time making sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast at the cafe was included, which was a most generous two slices of avocado toast (seriously like a whole avocado on there!). Great location too, right next to downtown Calistoga. I would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you for a great stay!

We stayed in the Brannan lofts and had a wonderful experience. The room was modern and really comfortable and located in the heart of downtown Calistoga. The staff was really responsive and attentive. Would highly recommend! We will be back.
