I recently visited the Salon for a sew in. The shop was nice and clean and had a good, positive vibe. Fatima, the owner was very friendly and engaging. She listened to how I wanted my hair, and unlike some other stylists, she was receptive to the changes I made. Fatima did an OUTSTANDING job on my sew in!!! I am now a committed customer, and highly recommend you check her out! I truly believe you will not be disappointed!!!

She scammed my daughter with the size and length, she asked for medium and have large parts and small braids. She also overcharged, when we tried to dispute, there was nothing she would do to accommodate the bad work

I was told to come in for a 5:00 appointment on Sunday evening. I called at 4:50 to make sure she was ready and done with previous client. I was told she needed 90 more minutes. A hour and a half! She apologized and told me she would call me when she was done and ready. I never got a call. I haven't been to Fatima in a few years because last time I went my hair was so tight I had to take it down and had several sores in my head. A waste of money and time. I won't be patronizing this establishment anymore.
