We hosted a baby shower at this beautiful venue and it was absolutely perfect. From planning the event with the owners (Laurie and Cyndi) to the day of set up (table scapes were so pretty) and clean up… it was so easy. Also, we could not be happier with the staff, especially the servers (Lloyd) .
Our guests went on and on about how good the food was (lunch) and the unique mimosa bar was extra special. Many guest said they would be back to this venue with other events!
It just seemed like everything we asked for or wanted to do was met with a “yes”, we can do that! Again, makes it so easy to host a beautiful and special event!

Cyndi and Laurie are incredible! They made everything so easy and beautiful. There were options for every sort of weather and they worked with us to stay within budget. All the vendors were fabulous, but special shout out to the chef who made an INCREDIBLE vegetarian risotto. Vegetarian meals often feel like afterthoughts, so I really appreciated having something so delicious for me and my vegetarian guests. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who wants a stress free planning experience.

We got married on 09/16/2023, and we couldn't have asked for a better day.

Both the owners, Laurie and Cyndi, were amazing to work with, super helpful, super responsive, and all around lovely to partner with. The rest of the staff were great too! Even our photographers shared how amazing, kind, and organized the staff were.

Everything went smoothly and that was because of how organized Bradford House is! Truly, not one hiccup occurred on our wedding day! I wish I could re-do it over and over. Thank you very much, Laurie & Cyndi, our day was magical. 100000% recommend to anyone looking for their dream venue.

We got married on 10/14/23 and truly could not have asked for a more perfect day. Throughout the whole planning period and through the end of the wedding day, Cyndi and Laurie handled everything and made it so simple. I think they even controlled the weather to give us the most beautiful fall we could have asked for! We felt like we were actually able to enjoy our engagement because of them and all their hard work. We got so many compliments from everyone about everything from the venue to the food to how seamless everything went. I could gush about Cyndi and Laurie and all the staff forever, but the best thing to do would be plan your event here and see how amazing they are for yourself!

This venue is pretty. The outdoor room was up in the trees because the land sloped, but it was enclosed, so there were no mosquitoes to irritate you. Also if it rained you can still have your celebration. It was on the medium to small size. We had about 60, so we fit great. It was very pretty. The people were nice but not as together as our last venue. We were told to be there early for pictures, and then they didn't need us. Weird but over-all a great experience

Cyndi and Laurie are literally two of the kindest and friendliest ladies I know! Bradford house wasn’t our original venue that we had picked out, but I wish we started with them. From the moment that we met these sisters they greeted our family with warmth and a huge smile. My husband and I were not able to make it to the first tour because of work. Laurie met my mom and gave a tour like I was there in-person. I know from that tour and everything included that this was the venue for me and my husband. From the lights to not having to worry about rain( it sprinkled on our wedding) or go out and get a tent week of the wedding because of how the venue is designed.

We got married on 11/11 and the weather was chilly. With the heater that the Bradford house provided, everyone felt comfortable. If you are getting married in the later part of fall/ winter you won’t have to worry about your guests being cold. I had 8 other girls and three H/MU artists in the bridal suite and it wasn’t cramped at all.

We went with the truly all inclusive package and it was the BEST pick for us. We brought all the decor and outfits the day before and it made the day of the wedding so much easier.

The FOOD is some of the best food that I have ever had!!! People kept asking me for the craters info. Paul the photographer was a dream to work with. I had several phone calls with him leading up to the wedding. The day before the wedding I texted him about the weather and he told me that he had a plan and to not stress. Nicole the florist had a zoom meeting before the wedding about the floral design and the flower designs and arrangements were beautiful. After the wedding you get to take the flowers home too.

Doug the DJ had our dance floor packed and he called the week before to discuss music for the wedding. I could probably talk for days about how amazing the Bradford house but if I was to renew my vows I would book it again at the Bradford house. These two sisters literally took the stress away from wedding planning. Thank you so much Laurie and Cyndi for turning Ian’s and I’s dreams into reality. 11/11 felt like a dream!

My son and daughter-in-law got married here. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that everything was the way we wanted it. I wish we would have had a little more time to decorate though. I definitely would recommend.

This venue is the best! Everything went so smoothly on our wedding day and they were there every step of the way to help with everything during planning. From the venue itself down to the food- just amazing! The vendors they work with are just the best too. I highly recommend if you are in this area looking for an all inclusive venue. So thankful for them!
