I wanted to take a moment to provide some feedback regarding my recent visit to your establishment.

Firstly, I would like to express my appreciation for your policy allowing customers to return within 10 days if they encounter any issues with their nails. However, I must convey my disappointment with the quality of service I received during my visit on Sunday.

Upon browsing your online portfolio, I was impressed by the pristine quality of the nail work showcased. However, the reality of my experience fell far short of these expectations. Within mere days of my visit, the nail polish began to crack and chip, leaving me dissatisfied with the longevity of the service.

Furthermore, I observed that the application of both nail and toe polish was noticeably uneven, indicating a rushed and subpar execution of the job. As a paying customer, it is disheartening to invest in a service only to find the results do not meet the standards advertised by the company.

I believe it is essential for a business to uphold the standards depicted on their website, as this forms the basis of customer expectations. Regrettably, my recent experience at Boudair Nail Bar has left me feeling let down.

Although my nail tech did an excellent job, my review isn’t for the nail tech nor result. I had booked online with a specific nail tech for a acrylic fill with gel color for $58 (which in my opinion is already pricey but I was prepared to pay it to experience a new salon with possibly a higher quality result)

When I sat down, she quoted my nails $70. I was in shock and confused at whether or not she was making a mistake or not. I thought to myself, “maybe this isn’t the nail tech I requested” or “maybe she thinks I have requested a design, hence the extra charge”

That was not the case, the reason was because the original nail set was not done by her and it would require “more work”.

What is unfair in this experience is I was UNAWARE of how they price when I thought the charge would be $58 as it stated online. I expressed to the nail tech that I still would like to continue being that I arranged and scheduled my time to dedicate that hour to my nails and would not be able to come another time/day.

Overall, as I mentioned earlier, she did a great job but the stores policy is not fair.

Be aware that the price they state is not always what you will pay for reasons apparently they only know.

I'm not from around here; I'm here for work. I walked in to make an appointment for a Sunday service for my pedicure and gel manicure. The front desk was very nice, and the receptionist's name is Victoria. My manicurist, Anna, was very nice, sweet, and professional. She was also very patient and understanding. My pedicurist, Alan, was gentle with my toe for my ingrown toenail. The whole service here was nice, and I felt comfortable. I'll definitely come back here when I visit San Diego again and strongly recommend Alan and Anna.

Bre did my birthday nails and did them exactly how I wanted! She was really detailed and I love them so much! Service was amazing too. Would definitely come back!

I was in the area and needed my nails done before flying home. Boudoir Nail Bar was able to work me into the schedule. Alan, the nail tech did an outstanding job. He was friendly and thorough. The facility is beautiful and VERY clean!!! If I am ever in the area again I will definitely be back.

I had a couple of nails missing and the rest were ready to come off, so I changed from fill to fill set. No one told me this would increase price by 30 dollars. I was not given fresh tips, so it was just a fill with replacement of two and nail art on 4th finger for 113 dollars. At any other salon, this would be 45-50. The nails were never shaped and all different lengths. Not even a good manicure.

I was so impressed by Anna! She does beautiful nail art, and she is so friendly! I had a great time getting my nails done here because of her. I can’t wait to go back. Everyone should book an appointment with Anna!
