We use Bottoms Up at three of our manufacturing locations. They are absolutely amazing!! They offer a wide variety of options and will tailor it to your needs. Even when I explained some issues we’ve had in the past with employees not taking care of things they had solutions so we could offer the vending machines at each location. Extremely responsive… like within minutes if there is an issue or a jam. They also monitor what is being sold more of to change the stock to ensure we are never out. They have never missed a delivery and have gone above and beyond. They are absolutely extraordinary!!! Highly recommend!!

I called and left my information with a worker because i wanted a quote to fix my vending machine. I was told they would call me back when a meeting was over. 2 days later, no one called back. I called again, and the same worker picked up and asked me to leave my info again, and this time, they would call back on that day. Same issue. no one called me back after another 2 days. When i tried calling back, no one picked up the phone. so instead of wasting my time, i looked elsewhere. Didn't like having my time wasted and thought that was unprofessional.
