Steak and chicken biscuits were good. Younger cashier needs to pay attention to customers to make sure order is correct. Another employee who was a very nice lady corrected the error quickly. Bojangles in Florence Al is always good.

Beware! The 4 piece supreme is really three chicken nuggets and one tender as seen in photo. Biscuit was pretty good. Oh and the cashier could at least say “hello” instead of “what do you want”.

Place needs an entire overhaul of management and staff. Consistent quality control issues with the sweet tea being unsweetened and tenders being overcooked/burnt. Service is rock bottom. Waited 45 min inside with several other customers (two people in drive through) and was asked 4 times what I ordered and never received my meal. When they asked me the last time I left to eat somewhere else. Staff couldn’t care less.

Great bacon egg and cheese biscuit and of course tasty Bo Berry Biscuits. Service was fine and this location was open early enough to feed us for our early start to the mornings activities.

This is the worst visit I've very had.. the grill chicken is ruined, it smell awful and taste awful after I took a bite if it. I hope it don't get sick from it. The service was really bad, the crew person that took our order was not friendly and the person at the window didn't speak to us. The worst service ever. We will not be back!!!!

I tend to stop by this Bojangle when I'm in the area for a bite to eat but I've noticing the last few weeks that they haven't quite been up to par and their biscuits can be used as Paper weight
