Nathan did an amazing job addressing my back pain. He made sure the approach worked and I could tolerate the work he was doing. The pressure was perfect - deep enough to reach the problem areas but not so deep I was on the ceiling in pain.

While the building and parking lot leave a lot to be desired, it’s the message therapists and what they do that should be evaluated. I do find it slightly odd they sell clothes in the reception area. The collection they sell is just….weird. You have a pillow…shirts…loofahs. Maybe the theme is take care of yourself ? The waiting area chairs are not particularly comfortable to wait in if you’re in pain. Back to the parking lot- strongly recommend parking on the side or reverse in it’s quite narrow.

- don’t care that much about Ambience (the rooms themselves aren’t bad but this is not a spa experience - think doctor’s office). The carpet and walls are outdated. You can easily overhear conversations while in the massage room.

-want relief from pain - at the end of the day my lower back feels incredibly better so I would rather book somewhere that gets the job done !

The onboarding process was easy- online booking, good confirmations, easy pay at the office. You can even automatically add yourself to a wait list for a given therapist/time/date/massage type.

eric, my massage therapist, was fantastic! whoever is at the front desk... is not. she was cold on the phone and somehow about the same in real life. otherwise really positive experience.

The facility is nice, but I was disappointed with the policy regarding tardiness. When the therapist is late, there are no consequences, but if a client is late, a fee is charged. I find this policy to be unfair, and as a result, I do not plan on returning. Thank you for the experience.😊

I needed a massage for my lower back and my girlfriend got me a gift card for BodyWork.
It was an amazing massage and I felt much better afterwards.

This may be the most professional massage place I've been to. There is a dedicated front desk, retail shop, and waiting area. The rooms are quiet and have a very warm atmosphere. My therapist was amazing. She listened to my needs and attended to each very well. The best is the convenient scheduling. For many places, you have to call or email and then play phone tag to find a time. This can be done all online and you can select your time. I will surely be back.
