I had my very first myofascial release massage today with Cassie. The environment was very comfortable and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Cassie did help me with some trigger points. I didn’t do a ton of research on what to expect but I knew that my “trigger points” were predominantly in my lower body. I did ask why Cassie was not working more on my lower body where my pain is the most and she said she was “warming up the fascia”. I had a nice time talking to her and she did make my lower back and neck feel better but my lower body really needed the full attention, especially my feet. Being my first time I didn’t say much. I’d like to give her 5 stars but she just didn’t hear me trying to tell her to please focus on my lower body. Oh, and she was especially understanding about me being 30 minutes late because my pain level was so high it slowed me down getting there. So all in all I had about half an hour of relief after the session but it’s only 5 hours later as I write this and my pain level is right back up to an 8 😞 My feet especially don’t feel like they got enough attention.

Great experience with Jamie. She got me in right away which happened to be on my birthday! They offered a discount which was not expected but very nice. I had a prenatal massage which was amazing. She asked my areas of concern and really pinpointed them! Just enough pressure to get to release tension but nothing overboard. Really great overall massage that left me feeling wonderful. Will be back and would definitely refer her to a friend.

I had Linda for the first time today and when I tell you, I’ve never felt that good in my life she was amazing and would go to her a million times over also, Molly and Philip massaged 2 elderly people that I look after one of those have dementia and they make sure she feel safe Secure and relaxed I would rate this place 20 stars if I could!!!! Oh, by the way, it smells like heaven when you walk in!!!

I decided to try Body Craft Wellness, early 2024, as I’ve read many good reviews. The day I had my first appt I was in so much pain that I could barely drive there. Within 24hrs after my therapeutic massage my pain was gone.

The massage therapists ask questions about pain areas and your history of any surgeries or problem areas. They are ALL great!

Linda Campbell has been one of my favorites she makes sure to be gentle where needed, apply more pressure where needed, and is very knowledgeable of nutrition and supplements.
