This review is long overdue but finally with the busy holiday season being over I finally have the time to shout out Evelyn for her Body Sculpting Training I took the beginning of December. I have to say, her “theory” was quick but to this day almost a month later her teachings & explanations still live in my head rent free ! lol I go over & over again with the packet she gave & watching the 1Hr long video refresher! Be sure to ask questions if you have any, she really knows what she’s talking about so it helped to expand my knowledge & understanding a little bit more. She was so thorough though that you may not have much to ask. I can’t wait to get my equipment this month & continue receiving teachings from Evelyn because best believe I will start here before anywhere else!

Evelyn was an amazing instructor, she is very patient and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the way she gave us the lecture beachside it was very detailed and straight to the point. When teaching us hands on she explained every detail and wasn’t hesitant on answering any of our questions. She knew when one of us was confused on something and stepped right in to help us. Everything I learned was necessary for me to being body sculpting.
