I have been going to Body Life Luxe for a little over 2 months now. I have really enjoyed the services. After a large weight loss, I joined hoping to tighten my skin and lose inches. I had also read that the red light therapy helps with inflammation and thought it would be good for my shoulder impingement issue. The benefits have been really good and after 2 months I am seeing a loss of inches and fat. The 20 minute red light therapy is very relaxing and is then followed by 9 minutes of vibration which has been good on the muscles and lymphatic systems. They provide regular body scans to show the impact on body fat, muscle, bone density and dimensions. The whole place is spotless and comfortable. The best part is their fantastic staff. They are encouraging and knowledgeable and it now feels like visiting family when I arrive. I highly recommend Body Life Luxe not only for their service but for the excellent health benefits.

I would give Body Luxe 20 stars if I could. I highly recommend Body Luxe. Red light therapy is amazing. I have been going here for three weeks, and I am already seeing and experiencing the benefits of Red Light Therapy. My hair is shiny, and my skin is starting to look healthier and glowing. My mental health has improved. I feel lighter, and my mind is clearer. Overall, I feel more balanced. I love the staff at Body Luxe. They are so helpful and supportive before and after the sessions. The rooms are so soothing and relaxing that you can't help, but full asleep during your Red Light Therapy Session. The Roller is awesome! It gets into your fascia to release all the stress and tension that gets stored in your body. Whether you do Red Light or the Roller, you come out and different person.

We love our experience at Body Life Luxe! The team is incredible (knowledgeable, helpful, and just awesome!). They also have excellent equipment. My personal favorite is the Luxe Roller. ❤️ It really let's me get into my muscles/fascia to release tension.

Body Luxe is an amazing place! Everyone is so friendly, welcoming and kind and the Red Light therapy combined with the other treatments offered is phenomenal! I’ve lost 10lbs and noticed a reduction in the cellulite in my legs. Natale and all of her staff is incredible!

At a friends recommendation, I was introduced to this wellness center. I am on my second week and love the place. The owner Natalia is such a beautiful human being inside and outside. Her and the amazing staff make you feel like like family. They have created a beautiful healing environment that is both warm and welcoming. After my first red light therapy session I immediately noticed after leaving that my far distance seeing had improved dramatically. Over the past couple years things farther away were starting to get blurry. After one session this improved so much. I look into the light for the entire 20 minutes which is not easy because I really want to fall asleep. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I am looking so forward to my next 6 weeks of my 8 week program of weight loss, health and wellness.
