The actual massage was great. The therapists are experts and attentive. The managing of this business is what makes this place bad and undesirable for return.

The day of our massage they redeemed our coupon but also redeemed a coupon we had bought our friend for a later time. We tried multiple times to reach them but are continuously ignored.

The other thing they had done was scheduled a massage on 9/8/2024, even though they were closed, and on the system put down 9/6/2024. Again, reached out and get nothing in return. I wouldn't waste my time coming here again even with a decent price and good massage. There are better places that treat you more respectively.

Found this place on groupon and I could not resist the amazing deal. I have to admit, at first, I was skeptical located in a funky strip mall, the outside did not look very appealing but as they say don't judge a book by its cover because inside felt very relaxing. We were greeted by the owner Michelle and she was very sweet and fast to get us inside. The waiting area is located in the back again, it felt very inviting, the restroom was clean and we were taken by our masseuse right away. As soon as you walk in there is a basket near the door, that's where you put your stuff, take off your clothes to your comfortability level. The only downside was probably the brightness level, I would've enjoyed it better if it was a bit darker especially, when I had to turn over. Overall, my massage was delightful, I'm not the biggest fan of heat therapy and when my masseuse did the hot stone treatment, she was able to cool them slightly. Since we had an a.m appointment we headed to breakfast at Sammys Café down the street (check out my review) - Also, I purchased an additional 4 massages, I'll be sure to review them again.
After reading others reviews, I question whether it would be hard to make appointments and because of that for now 4/5..

Not all massage therapists are great. The only complain i would say here is the time. Even when I come and waited 10 mins early. They would make me wait until a couple minutes at least after the time of my appt, then another few minutes before they come in and start. They finished at least 5 to 7 mins before. So if I have to be precise the whole massage is between 45 to 50 mins the most. I kept on coming 10 mins before and it would still the same over and over. I think 50 mins is their limit time they give you. Give us 55 mins at least not 45 to 50 mins

My husband and I got a groupon for this place. This was our first time getting a massage. We were both super excited, we saw all the good reviews, only to be let down. My experience wasn't horrible but my masseuse didn't focus on the area I asked her to and didn't apply enough pressure. And my husband said that his masseuse only carressed his back and that she didn't attempt to actually massage it at all. Aside from that. We got there 5 min before our appointment. We were put into a room to fill out paperwork while they get the room ready. Well your hour starts the minute you walk through the establishment. So we didn't even get the full hour. And at the end of it all, we were forced to tip. We don't mind tipping, but only when we feel like we've been given a good service and this wasn't a good service. We will not be back.

I started going here with the coupons I got from Groupon and now I see them every month! To my luck, the first time I went to get a massage, I was assigned Martha and she is definitely the best. She gives you many options to choose from and communicates very well. I feel so much better every time I go and look forward to my appointment with Martha every month.

I highly recommend going here, especially if you feel a lot of stress weighing your body down.
