This was my first time. I've heard good things as I've had friends get massages there. I had an incredible massage with Jo Ann on March 28th. She's so knowledgeable and shared a stretch I need to start doing along with icing my back side. Erin is great at what she does. First contact with someone at a business is key.

I took my daughter here, who is recent mtf transitional, and very insecure. This establishment and EVERYONE representing it who I spoke to, from the owner to host/reception, was friendly, informative, and just treats EVERYONE with acceptance and kindness no questions asked! The whole experience was positive! Great skill of the Cosmetologist with both hair and eyebrow waxing! Im terrible with names but she was young, shoulder length black hair, beautiful blue eyes and an afinity for ink and body jewelry! ❤️We were there 01/27/25 @1030am and the hostess/front desk worker was so friendly and hospitable! The atmosphere is calming, clean, and beautiful. I highly recommend the establishment to anyone!

It was a wonderful experience. Relaxation like i haven't had in years. Maddie at Granite City location is amazing!!! I highly recommend anybody who is sore to look her up! I had to join as I will procrastinate my next massage

Brandy was fantastic and so understanding. I'd been suffering heartburn forever leading up to my massage and she got me a wedge pillow which worked perfectly. She adjusted pressure as needed. I will definitely go back and see her. I even got an unexpected discount because it was my first visit. They also had next day appointments available which is another huge plus!

I got a 2 hour deep tissue from Ash & it was absolutely amazing! I love that the bed heated up also!

This place was awesome. Very professional and worked me in on short notice. I was very impressed with Lauren. I lost my deep tissue masseuse a long time ago due to unforeseen medical issues. Lauren will be perfect from here on out! Can't wait to extend the massage times out as I only had enough time for an hour!!!!

Visited 3 separate times, once for a haircut then a facial appointment and lastly for a Hydro capsule and massage. First time ever getting spa treatments and the staff were so lovely and explained everything perfectly. It is also hard to find someone to cut your hair the way you want without it costing a ton and I walked out so happy with my new style! The facial and massage I will definitely be doing again in the near future!
