I used to love this place. My family used to order about three times a week. Sometimes it's excellent and others it's awful. I just ordered for the first time in a while and whoever is the cook on 10/28/21 at roughly 6:45pm, uses way to much batter and overcooks the fish when he on the fryer. There have been other times that it's been awesome... I guess it depends on who's cooking. Very inconsistent especially since prices went up.

My food was Beautifully Done, Picture Perfect!!! The fried Catfish Lacked Flavor!!! I Would Give it another Try. It's a Small sit in eatery, only 2 tables!!!

I always order my okra from here and it’s always made right but tonight it was greasy , soggy, and sitting in oil instead of fried hard as requested with xtra lemon pepper I understand when a business is short staff or the orders are overwhelming but damn😭😭 and I also ordered a 6 pc made the same way (xtra lemon pepper) I open the container only 3 wings have lemon pepper on it. I was just looking forward to my items being made right giving the fact my kitchen is under construction at the moment but nope I wasted my money tonight on the soggy okra.

This is my second time eating here and the chicken has always been fresh hot and crispy and when you ask for extra lemon pepper they put a lot on it and it is extremely good. Five stars for this place.

I feel as though this place has gone down in everything. They don't have the same sauces as before the mild sauce was so delicious before and this time I threw it out. They run out of tenders quite often lately. The place looks neglected. They don't offer the lemon pepper bottles for purchase anymore. The case in front is empty from all the desserts they used to carry. It's sad. We used to eat here quite often but not anymore. I know it's a tuff time for everyone these days. But maybe cut back on some menu items that are not so popular to have the popular ones in stock. Just my opinion. The counter workers are always very nice. But make sure they have change or the card machine works. I've encountered both issues more times then I should've. Hopefully it gets better cuz we loved it there.

I know most of these places are franchise but this one is by far the worst. I hate running into the cook or who I think is the owner at save-a lot buying the chicken. Ran into him several times. The don’t have lids for the sauce the plastic bags are from a grocery store, no sweets in the fridge (actually it has nothing at all) This franchise does not abide by the rules and regulations.

I've only been here twice and both times was horrible. I went back the second because I didn't feel like going far to the other one after work, but next time I'll go the extra couple of miles. #1, their prices are higher than the other Sharks. #2 the chicken was burnt cooked in burnt grease. #3 they're stingy with the sauce and seasoning and I asked for extra...I'd hate to see what you'll get with regular seasoning and sauce🙄! #4 Where's the bread 💁🏽‍♀️, the other places give you 2 pieces 🙄!

If I could give zero stars I would. They charged me $15 for this. I wish I took a picture of all the food I brought from there $44 worth of BULLSH$T seriously
