My husband and I were looking for a place where we could have our ceremony and reception and not be so limited with hours. This venue wasn’t only beautiful, but they also have rentals available such as: table linens, chairs, tables, candle holders, plates, napkins and so much more which the venue coordinators set up the day of your event. Anything you rent from them , they set up. They made the room flip easy and smooth for us. They were welcoming to our vendors and guest. We couldn’t have chosen a better place for our special day!Albina was also super sweet and caring!

BLOC venue was perfect for the baby shower we threw for our son & daughter-in-law. Staff was very accommodating, Albina helped us threw out the whole process & made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you & appreciate the team at the BLOC!

Bloc is such a beautiful venue!! My husband and I just got married there this last Sunday and everything went absolutely amazing! Candela, Albina and their team were such a great team to work with. I highly recommend considering them for your wedding or events. They do plenty of Design Days each month where you can see the space and envision your dream day!! You also get to meet amazing vendors there. They have a curated selection of rentals to choose from. It made planning and decision making such a breeze. I hope you can check them out!!

Beautiful and spacious venue to accommodate your next event! Albina, the manager, was a pleasure to work with. Communicated clearly what was included in the venue price and what was extra. Big bonus to consider, this place has a lot of things you can rent directly from them, like table settings and linens so you don’t have to go looking elsewhere. They also have a list of other vendors they’ve been working with if you need a recommendation from them. The kitchen is there too, just not for cooking, but if you need to store any food they have a fridge, and large counters for plating etc. Overall, the BLOC was an excellent choice for our company’s anniversary celebration. Clean bathrooms, and extra room where we had a coffee and drinks cart. There was 100 guests attending and it was more than enough space to fit all of us. Great location, plenty of parking, and beautiful indoors. Highly recommended

I almost did not book this venue based off some of the previous negative reviews-and I wish I would have listened to my gut. While the venue in and of itself is nice the individuals that are associated with this venue are not pleasant to work with. Before my wedding I felt the owner was accommodating and helpful. However, after I had fully paid I felt the opposite. The "customer service" at this venue was very bad and overshadowed my wedding day. The day of representative was so rude to my family and friends all night and was not helpful when issues arose. The refrigerator on site did not cool and so we had to scramble to grab ice and storage containers to keep our foods cool (when I requested compensation I was told that they worked fine and the issue was resolved promptly... It was NEVER FIXED when we were present. I also rented $1,000 worth of candles and only a small portion of the candles I rented were put out (I counted). Later, I emailed the owner asking for a refund considering I did not get all of the candles I paid for and I was denied. I have never written a negative review before, but I felt I had a responsibility to let others know what to expect. I am still in awe that after spending so much money at the venue that I was not compensation a minuscule amount to help offset additional costs that came up due to their equipment not working/not putting out all of the rentals I paid for.

Candela and all of the BLOC staff have been exceedingly helpful while we plan our wedding there. Everyone responds promptly and has lots of information for wedding vendors and venue questions. We love that their pricing is upfront and they don't try to gouge you with hidden charges that other venues tack on.
