Every time I ask for light ice in my drink I get a culinary full of ice and barely any drink in it, frustrating especially when you pay for XL drink... very expensive cup of ice!

Update!!! Tried another visit! 4/17/2024 music was blaring loud bass bumping and irritating rap music. Probably gonna go somewhere else to enjoy a peaceful coffee. If you want a club atmosphere well, then this place is all yours. Can't have a decent conversation with this.

Coffee is really tasty and super convenient close to home. Only things would be to get better music ? it's so loud and not enjoyable more angry and yelling which doesn't go well when your trying to have a conversation with someone let alone on a work conference call. Service could be better with 5 people working and only 2 seated customers feel like I have to wave to get their attention kinda like I'm bothering them for walking up. Other than that, chairs are conformable

Clean and welcoming coffee shop.
I can't recommend it enough!
Marissa and the Sunday morning crew were awesome on July 14.
The shop is spotless and beautifully maintained, which speaks volumes about the pride the staff takes in their work.
The chairs at this location are actually comfortable with higher quality seat cushions unlike most other coffee shops with the hard seats that make you just want to leave asap.
If there’s any criticism, it’s that the music can be too loud at times.
Easy listening music with a soft background volume would be a nice change.

Great service even under the pressure of grand opening day and a drive thru line out of the parking lot. First time coming to a Black Rock Coffee location, and it certainly won’t be my last. Iced latte was 10x better than Starbucks. Also really enjoyed the iced Mexi Mocha drink. From what I could tell, sufficient seating indoors and outdoors if you wanted to come to relax or work.

Fun atmosphere! The staff was friendly and helpful, answering all our questions. We tried a couple of pastries, including the blackberry toaster pastry and chocolate croissant. Very yummy!
