My husband and I recently went to BL spa. And we decided to pick the duo lagoon spa package. I will say great pricing for two people, and you can at least get 2 to 3 rounds in the Hydro therapy rooms. I love how when you walk in you have your regular nail salon feel but through the back door, your greeted into this warm meditation room. You'll sit there to meditate for about 15 to 20 minutes. They do provide you with different therapies that you can use and apply. Then you'll move on to your hydrotherapy you get access to a hydrotherapy pool cold water plunge a dry sauna and a steam sauna. I will say I wish we had this beautiful spot in North Carolina. Very friendly staff, and we must definitely look forward to coming back to visit. This was the best way to end our stay in Arizona.

Me and my boyfriend did the lagoon experience and we just loved it!!! Kinda staff. Prompt with appointment times. We thought for only $50 a person it might be a bit skimpy but that was not the case at all. So much fun, overall very happy 🙂

I travel for work and found this little gem online, and it was great. The place was clean, VERY friendly staff with an obvious emphasis on customer service, and great amenities. Their lagoon services were what we utilized, and they were SO relaxing. Sauna, steam room, cold plunge, and what I believe was at least a 10 person hot tub (give or take). They have your robes and slippers set up for you with your own locker, water available if you want (flavored or unflavored), and relaxing music playing subtly in the background. Wish we had this back home, but glad I got to experience it.

It was my first time ever at spa. I booked the blue lagoon experience and was pleased. It was very quiet, the place was clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. It started with a tour and then we were left to enjoy the amenities of the lagoon.

I enjoyed everything but my favorite parts were the cold tub plunge, the dry sauna, and lagoon. They had light snacks and fresh fruit infused water. The robes were very comfortable as well as the sandals. The meditation room was nice but would be more peaceful/comfortable if the room was darker, as the door area lets in a lot of light. The locker rooms had spacious showers and were very clean with convenient things like hair brushes, bags for your wet swim suits, and extra towels.
Check in was fast and easy, as well as the check out process. I will be coming back again for the blue lagoon experience and maybe even trying some other services they offer.

Tony was AMAZING! My feet are ready for a cute little night out at the jazz club! They were so detail orientated and truly lighthearted but professional! The scrubs they used were so nice and smelled really good! The spa was really high end as well! Can’t wait to go back!

BL Spa is my new favorite place in AZ. I have lived in Arizona for the past three years, I have been looking for someone to do my nails for all of this time. I recently found Kiley and she is amazing. My nails are always beautiful, whenever I show her a picture she gets it on point. The customer service at BL spa is beyond amazing. All of the ladies are great.

Took thorough advantage of the lagoon experience at BL Spa. I'm 8 weeks postpartum and wanted a fun date day experience with my husband so we spent the afternoon relaxing in hydrotherapy.

The facilities were clean, staff were kind and it was a therapeutic to go through the artic tub, hot tub, dry sauna & steam rooms. If you time everything accordingly per the staffs suggestions, you can go through several times.

You get access to aromatherapy and the meditation room as well but we were enjoying the lagoon so much we didn't partake.

The fruit water was very refreshing between rounds! The oranges are in ice people which is why they'd look tore up by the end of a given day - they aren't using old fruit!

For those who have left negative reviews about this place, you need to get over yourselves! Could things have been more pristine, yes, but it's a $50 experience not a $250 experience. Same still, if your somewhere and you've paid for a service and you aren't pleased, say something in the moment to the staff and have them fix it on the spot as time & money is of value no matter how much is spent.

For what we saw and experienced, there was nothing out of place that required any griping about.

For anyone new wanting to try this place, please be realistic with your expectations, humble yourself and dunk yourself at least once in the artic tub & tip the staff on your way out the door. I can promise you it will be a refreshing experience that will have you feeling so good by the end.
