I absolutely love Birch Tree. All of the staff and the owner are so delightful. I’ve been a customer of Dawn for years, went to a different place at one point only for convenience, but quickly came back. Janet is always a joy to talk to. The team is so professional, their office is so peaceful, and I love all the goodies they have for sale at the front. It is ultimately a fun, peaceful, enjoyable spa.

Dawn and her team are fantastic at what they do! I was nervous about having new waxing treatments done, but Dawn takes all of the intimidation out of the appointment and provides a wonderful, professional experience! Her spa is clean, tranquil, and I feel relaxed as soon as I walk in. Love the convenience of appt reminder texts too! I use Birch Tree personally but have also bought gift certificates for Christmas presents for many years. Highly recommend!

Been a regular at BT since opening. Great service. I get facials, massages, waxing and dermaplane regularly. My skin has changed so much (for the better) since I began working with Dawn (owner). I now plan out my services for a year in advance and purchase a gift card to get an awesome discount. Knowing I have already paid overcomes the occasional "I don't have time" or "Don't really need to treat myself" excuses that inevitably come up. I highly recommend BT.
