The food here was really subpar for us. We are from the southeast and maybe are just used to a different style of bbq. The barbecue sauce was very heavy on what tasted like chili powder, the brisket was fatty and not very beefy in flavor, the rest was mediocre at best unfortunately it tasted like crockpot bbq, not real smoked meat. We were pretty disappointed with what we had and the cost per portion size on the side dishes was surprising. Our waitress was very sweet and kind. Fast service. We would not recommend this place personally, but did hear people at other tables saying how good their food was so…🤷🏻‍♀️

Passby here to Chiricahua National Monument. Get some brisket and sides. The place is nicely decorated and clean. The price is a little higher than I expected but the food is good. The charge extra for using credit card but was not informed by the chashier. There was a small sign tells you about the xtra charge but si not very noticeable.

If you are on I10 , East or West bound do yourself a huge favor…Go to Big Tex BBQ in downtown Willcox for Family Friendly service, good BBQ and food. Nice hometown atmosphere. Ordered Kilt Lifter beers, great beer for pairing with the Pork Spare Ribs Regular BBQ Platter & Chicken Fried Steak. Hand cut French Fries were good and the sauté Zucchini and Yellow Squash was great.
They have a great menu selection from Burgers, Sandwiches, Pizza & BBQ, also have a salad bar but most importantly Blue Bell ice cream!

Absolutely amazing! If for any reason you find yourself in Wilcox or even within a hours drive, this place is worth traveling to! The food was fresh and so delicious. The meats were perfect, it's really hard to find good BBQ and this place nailed it. Even the drinks and salad bar were top tier. If you are looking for real smoked meat that tastes amazing this is the place.

Great place for BBQ. You can smell the mesquite smoke as you approach the building and you know something good is in the works. The Brisket sandwich , onion rings, fries, and pulled pork were wonderful. Our server was quick! Friendly, and helpful. We sat in the train car, but they have outdoor shaded seating and a large dining room. We will be back. Great food, service, and atmosphere.

Really loved our waitress, Adriana, she was friendly, helpful, and super busy.
We shared a combination plate, plenty of food for two. I chose the salad bar as one of our sides, boo for the salad bar...half the items were gone, the lettuce was brown, not good at all. The meats were great, although the sausage was incredibly spicy, there should have been some warning.
All in all we enjoyed our dinner. Get rid of the salad bar, or have someone responsible for keeping it nice and fresh.

Went there for a late lunch. Was not disappointed! Greeted warmly by Felicia. Service was fantastic, prompt and accurate. We had a large group of 8 with zero complaints anywhere. Iced Teas were very large, beers came in 2 sizes 16 or 22. Menu was pretty diverse for a BBQ restaurant. Lots of options and sides. Brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken, and Ribeye steak were all tried in the group. Not a miss anywhere. French Fries needed a little spicing up (little bland) but not bad by any means. Get the Mac and Cheese and Onion Rings for sides! Restaurant wasn’t busy when we went, food came out quick, place was clean and orderly. Bathrooms were clean and fun with Texas shaped sinks 🙂

Just found this restaurant and read the reviews decided to try it, we ordered the 5 meat’s combo with 3 sides, a huge sweet ice tea, and beer, add a salad in the bar.

The food is big for two as we just like to try it we didn’t finished all.

Sausage is juicy, pulled pork is great and the ribs, the chicken wasn’t that juicy and more reddish inside.

Mac and cheese is fine, upgrade the other side in the premium sides like sweet potatoes and onions rings which is great.

The lady served us was nice I didn’t take her name.

Place is not that busy on Saturday around 6:00pm

Bathroom was clean and nice

Parking we need to park at main road side street as most car in parking is huge.
