I moved out of the area so I haven't been to this place in years. The girl answering the phones on 2-24 acts like she is being bothered by you calling in an order. Her attitude is horrible. Even in person. The food portions are extremely small and the food just doesn't taste the same. I would not recommend this place anymore. It has definitely gone downhill a long with the customer service

I ordered two garlic cheese fries and they did not come with any cheese on them. I had to put ketchup on my fries when I got home. It’s just not the same when I was expecting the garlic cheese fries I always get. I want a refund but the lady didn’t even give me a receipt after I ordered. Really disappointed. I want what I paid for.

I called them the next day and they replaced the two orders free of charge. I was very pleased with the resolution on this issue. Thank you. I will be back for more food!

I’ve been a regular customer here since I moved to Illinois a few years ago and by now I know not to come a second before 7. I’m not sure if it’s just a placebo affect or if the day time staff is truly this terrible but everytime I eat here before 7 something always goes wrong, whether that my order being completely wrong or dealing with the rude staff or even having to listen to the manager make a fool of themselves with needless outbursts in the back. I cannot stress enough how poor the 12-6 service is in this place. And it only gets marginally better during dinner hours. I will say the only bright lights in this dark pit of a “resturant” are the garlic butter fries and this super polite server with a bob hairdo I can’t quite remember her name but she had piercings, dark hair and everytime I saw her she was smiling and delivering great service. Aside from her id say the rest of the cashiers/servers are either rude or completely disinterested in doing their job

I went to this place to try their garlic fries everybody was raving about. So I went in and ordered a king cornbeef sandwich with everything on it, Jr baby burger add cheese/lettuce/tomatoes/jalapeños, 3pc wings, a Italian beef sandwich dipped, and garlic fries. The cornbeef was trash, the bread taste, and stale hard and chewy. The burger tastes like a plain burger. The chicken plain. The Italian beef sandwich was the BEST MF thing I ordered here, so it's so good, so flavorful. The garlic fries are most definitely a hype. They are good. I also ordered a chocolate milkshake n strawberry. Nothing fancy. It tastes just like regular milkshakes. This place is a meh to me, nothing to rave about. Ok cya💋

The cashier constantly and consistently always mess up your order. How and why, and already got a script ready when you confront her. This is my last time. I been going for years. I am done as well as my family and friends. Thank you for your past years of great service. But it is not the same. I guess all good things come to an end eventually.

Ordered King Hot Ham King Turkey. I got two cold sandwiches with 3 slices of the thinest meat I've ever seen. I paid $25 for a bread sandwich. This place used to be a quality place with decent food. I will definitely NOT BE BACK. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST GOING UNLESS YOU REALLY LIKE MORE BREAD THAN ANYTHING ELSE.

The garlic fries were not like I remembered from when I had them years ago, BUT they were ok. The cashier customer service gets a 0 star, and the rest of the staff that I did interact with gets a half star SMH.

the customer service is literally so good! like amazing. the dude was so nice and cooperative even when he cooks tell i wasn't having a gone day. 10/10 if you ask me
