We had the most amazing time on the patio right by the pond tasting wine, feeding the koi fish, and chatting with Brent about wine. The vibes were perfect, and we kept asking Brent for fun facts about wine and Paso and he was so knowledgeable and fun. He took some great group photos of us! He really made it a lovely afternoon.

We had a wonderful stay at the Bianchi winery (guest house via Airbnb), including wine tasting next to their gorgeous, huge koi pond. Penny served us a lovely Zinfandel and Pinot Noir. She was gracious and interesting. We sat beside their roaring fireplace. The property is beautiful especially in the fall. After hours, the property is all yours! Quiet and serene. The leaves are plentiful. One night we went just down the road on highway 46 to see Sensorio light show (worth it!). The location is just down the way 12 to 15 minutes to downtown Paso Robles. We had a tasty dinner at Thomas Hill Organics. All round, a great stay and visit at Bianchi. Try it!!!

Just had a wonderful evening thanks to Cassie. I loved the 2021 Zin, some of the best I have ever had! I have tasted a lot of wine over the years, in Temecula and Napa, and in Spain, Italy and France. And I love their Zinfandel. And the Pinot Noir was also really good too. Loved the vibe here. Great views!!! And they also had some delicious Spanish olives 🫒 😋. Thank you Cassie! 😊

With their unbelievable KOI sanctuary featuring around 100 massive fish, this is arguably one of the best experiences for tasting in the area. Indoor and outdoor, it's a beautiful, clean and classy place. Bonus if you have children and/or simply like to feed fish. The wine is good and the service is excellent. Thanks Bianchi. 👍

Beautiful winery and friendly service! You’re allowed to bring your own food. We brought snack and bought a bottle of wine to drink instead of doing a tasting - perfect way to spend the afternoon!

Off the 46 east and pleasantly surprised by this beautiful little winery and Brent was very accommodating and nice. This was a first visit and had a great experience. We took 7 bottle home. From couples to families very nice. Just wish they served some real food. We will visit again. Reason for 4/5 - need some food options other than pre-packaged popcorn or olives. Would give 4.5/5 but doesn’t allow for that.

This winery is very homey. The staff is very friendly and their wine is superb. They also have a large Koi pond and the kids can enjoy feeding the fish. Come enjoy great wine and a picnic too!

Absolutely beautiful here. The pond has some of the biggest koi I have ever seen. There was a heron or 2 flying about. Quite a peaceful scene. We started our sidecar tour here and had a blast goin around with super cool helmets and goggles. And we got to drink wine along the way. All around good day 👍🍷
