My family rented this black own event space for my sister's 40th bday. And I unfortunately was not able to enter the party space as I was stopped at the front entrance because I have my medical alert service dog.the male working or owner im am not sure who he was. He immediately told me that he did not support that cause, and that he did not have insurance to cover having a service. Dog in their facility to which a female worker or owner? I'm assuming also came out and made the same statement and including that The dog was not allowed to be in there because they had open food and liquor and that she also as well said she did not support the calls of a service dog my 3 sisters and cousin all came out and told them that, in fact, it was a service dog and that I had all of my proper identification. And I was still denied entrance into the party event space, I ended up having to leave. This place is not handicapped friendly.
Which sucks, because black people make it so hard to support black-owned businesses when they don't take the time to learn simple rules, laws and regulations, proper procedures. In regards to Ada state and federal laws service dogs

Everything was Amazing!!! I had a Beautiful Graduation party here and Enjoyed every min.. the owner was BEYOND helpful and made sure everything was perfect . PRICE was def way more reasonable then any other Banquet hall i inquired about .. This is def the spot to have any event at .

We had an event tonight at this establishment and I cannot let the day end without saying how absolutely AWESOME Kiana is! I appreciate people who exude positive energy!! She and her staff are helpful, accommodating and insightful. I truly thank her for this. Never stop being Great at what you do! Much appreciated!!!!

DO NOT BOOK! Facility is dirty…walls, table linen, floors all dirty!!! Flooring is super old!! Staff was very unprofessional kept majority of my friends deposit stating stuff was left on the floor which was not true!!! Bartender copped an attitude when asked to remake my drink after making it wrong. My friend was advised she’s have top shelf when they had off brand everything including soda and juice. Was barely a dance floor!!! Once again do not book!!

I celebrated my 50th birthday at BFF and it was Amazing!
Qiana was very accommodating and personable. She even hit the dance floor with us.
Aaron our bartender was so sweet and approachable. He felt like an old friend too.
Thank you BFF!
I will definitely utilize your services again for my next event.

Do not recommend this venue unless you are okay with the workers following you to your car and harassing you!
I was picking my friend up from this venue and a man that worked there followed her to the car screaming at her because she left a bad review. This man was screaming at her and threatening her and calling her all type of vile names. He stressed how this is a black owned establishment and my friend shouldn’t leave a bad review because it’s a black establishment. But this man proceeds to harass my friend a BLACK woman who is PREGNANT!! Fire the man with the locs ASAP!

After leaving a review, I was then followed to my ride; and which he proceeded to barter me with insults. Although I was potentially having an okay time, I was verbally assaulted. The only suggestion I could make other than getting new staff is customer service training.
