The woman who did my nails DID NOT want to be here. My dipped nails are very uneven, I have dip all over my fingers, and they said $45 but then said $50 when leaving. The older woman who came in after me was hard of hearing and they were VERY RUDE to her! There was 3 women and 1 guy, and NONE of them knew what a smile was muchless how to treat paying customers.

My husband and I enjoyed the many amenities of Astral spa especially the eucalyptus steam room and hot tub in our separate spaces and then the heavenly massage together was very relaxing . TuMai and Tracy were excellent therapists. We will treat ourselves again soon

Recently relocated and was looking for a good place to get my nails done. This was not it. I got a pedicure. The woman who did it acted as if we were an inconvenience to her. She cut my toenails without asking if I wanted length taken off of them. My heels are still incredibly rough, skin peeling off my feet. Gel was a $18 upcharge and you could tell by the consistency that the polish was old. Prices online are not the prices you pay in the salon. I’d recommend skipping this one. I would rather drive into West Little Rock for a proper pedicure.

I’ve been going here 10+ years and when I was unhappy with my nails and told them before I left they did nothing to fix it. So when I called later to express again how disappointed I was they just laughed at me. So no. No I won’t be going back there. The work is medium grade work anyway.

As a walk in, Lee greeted me immediately and welcomed me to a seat to review nail colors while I waited. Only had to wait 10-15 minutes which is like nothing for a walk-in and no appointment. After showing a picture of what I wanted, Lee advised me what would look good/better with my type of nails. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain to me what he thought would look best and that corresponded with the photo I showed him. I requested short nails too. I might live out of town but I definitely will be back! I’m very impressed with Lee. The salon was clean and the staff was friendly.

Horrible experience… my tech clearly didn’t know what he was doing. They barely spent an hour on me for pedi and mani! Didn’t even receive what I paid for, no massage, no cleaning up of my nails. They didn’t even clip them! None of my fingernails are evenly filled and they literally just DIP your nails in the same powder they use for everyone else! Then when I complained about how they looked, I was still charged full price and didn’t even receive the services that were offered. I will never go here again and I hope no one else gets ripped off like I did

We were greeted as soon as we stepped inside. Very peaceful environment. Was a very nice and enjoyable experience after a long day at work. Can't wait to go back.
