Delightfully surprised at how amazing my stay was! I stayed 2 nights here in January 2025. Rooms were clean and amenities were plentiful: flat screen tv with cable& satellite, mini fridge, microwave & coffee maker; iron& ironing board, hair dryer. Shower & tub. Plenty of lights and outlets, full length mirror & spacious vanity area. The included breakfast spread is incredible! Full mini buffet of choices. This is definitely one of the best motels in the area. Thoroughly impressed.

I booked a king bed room and prepaid it when I got to the hotel the agent stated she could not give me a king room and stated she would have to change me to a double bed the price for that room was lower than what I had paid. When I brought up the issue with the agent who was there in the morning she said she couldn't do anything that I would have yo speak to my bank and refused to give me a receipt or my overpayment refund for my booked room. The rooms were good but the service was shameful.

This place is very clean, has great service, the best location, and a great breakfast. But and this is a very big BUT...they have the biggest cockroaches in their rooms. These cockroaches are as big as a tiny mouse. I almost shit my pants. The staff moved us into another room and they were in there too.

The room was a to small for my liking definitely not what I expected, room smelt a little musty, other than that it is was clean. They didn’t have cable TV either just analog. That was definitely disappointing. The clerk that attended to us was nice from her mouth out but her face showed that she was bored or even bothered by attending to us. Made me feel uncomfortable. Had to leave a $100 deposit and when I asked why she said you will get it back if you leave it in good condition. What did that mean? Definitely will not be coming back. I guess you get what you pay for.

Positive: Nothing worst place I've ever stayed Not to mention I pd for room that stayed vacant for the night. N I'm still waiting for my money to be refunded. They told me they were orthodontist. Liars. Negative: Everything.Hotel employees are self righteous and judgemental. Manager Ashley is the most unpleas in regards to being a liar. She kept my $100 deposit w/ nothing wrong with the room at all. I had spilt some chcolate milk and cleaned it with a towel.

Usually I’m very happy to post positive reviews but in this case I cannot. Front desk clerks were okay and check in was fine, but room was hot and the smell was unpleasant at first . The bed was simply uncomfortable. The included breakfast opened late and was very basic and mediocre, though we appreciated the fresh fruit. Unfortunately, when we packed to leave I saw a large cockroach on the ceiling just above my wife’s head, and this really made us both feel rather uncomfortable. I informed the front desk upon checking out and the clerk was understanding and sympathetic but said he couldn’t help us in any way with our rate paid as his manager was away. I later responded to an automated email from the hotels asking about our stay and gave details including a request for a partial refund. I’ve not received a reply after a few days. I do not recommend this motel.

For the price rooms were small. Very noisy. Did not feel safe. No fresh coffee at breakfast buffet.
Won't be back. For a few dollars more I could have stayed at a Hilton. Staff not personable.

We picked this hotel thinking we couldn't go wrong with a Best Western. Boy was I wrong! On top of being told we couldn't pay with the debit card for the non-refundable room that I had already payed for, I saw a croach roach on the wall within 15 minutes of being in the room and one in the bed. I would of preferred to have slept in my car.
