Worst hotel stay ever. I booked two full for two people. I received a king, never once complained. Online it said $20 deposit they charged me $50(never complained) We had guest for my son’s birthday. And when swimming there were four kids 5-12 whom swam I only got in to retrieve my sons goggles. While swimming my son cut his foot and it was so unsafe in the pool area we asked for first aid from front desk and they could only give a band aid which we were fine with. When going to the room she came up and said there was complaint of us being loud and I asked to come down to speak once I calmed my son down (whom was autistic), meanwhile there are other families with kids running thru the halls and I didn’t feel we were being loud at all. when coming down another family was trying to get in the pool and they locked it and told them bc we dirtied there pool. So I asked for a refund. And was told if I leave the room she would fully refund me. we all left she checked the room and bc I asked for it in writing she refused my refund and I asked for management which I was refused so I called the police for a statement. And every person of management came and refused to even speak to me. I myself was embarrassed, I felt discriminated against, and never felt so unsafe in my life. My son cried because the experience was traumatizing. I was refused HR so if someone is able to point me where I can get that I’d appreciate it.

We enjoyed our stay at The Best Western in Carbondale! The hotel exceeded our expectations. Clean hotel and rooms and the breakfast was great. There is a restaurant right next door and the hotel is conveniently located very close to many restaurants, movie theatre, and shopping. Customer service was also great. I will definitely stay here again when next in Carbondale!

Rooms are clean. Breakfast was good and hot. I've stayed here 3 different times and will stay here again whenever I'm in town. The only draw back was the elevator was out of service, but it wasn't a problem for me I could use the exercise using the stairs.

Very friendly staff, nice clean complimentary breakfast. Close to all sorts of shopping and dining opportunities. Comfortable beds, attractive rooms! My daughter and I stayed five days and enjoyed our stay. Within two minutes drive to Carbondale post office for academy training. Recommend staying here if you are to attend training.

Perfect location for carbondale trip. Everything close to the place shopping and restaurants. Enjoy the hot breakfast and worm pool. Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and helpful during the trip. We enjoy our stay w’ll be back for sure.

Positive: The Breakfast Negative: So the whole hotel is is bad shape, the staff was very nice and helpful. The floors in our bedroom were uneven and a trip hazard as well as the hall and the hall by the elevator. The hallway had a terrible chemical smell.

Wonderful experience and awesome staff. The trip there too less time then planned they let me check in a bit early. The beds were great furniture very comfortable and the tv was huge. The had a short elevator outage and the Desk staff new of my handicap and stopped and knocked to tell me when it was fixed about a hour or less later. This staff is great and understands going above in customer service. Will stay agian!

Very nice clean hotel. Front desk was courteous and very helpful. Dog friendly and easy to get him outside and back to the room no problem. We would absolutely stay there again! Reasonable price and reasonable fee for the dog! When in Carbondale stay there
