The price is outrageous for what you end up with. I stayed in the king jacuzzi room $180. It hadn't been properly cleaned when I arrived. Floor wasn't vacuumed and there was hair in the tiny Jacuzzi. I couldn't even relax after I cleaned out the tub because my room was being overrun by japanese beetles!! They kept dropping into the Jacuzzi with me, and they bite!!! The bed was comfy , TV is huge and there's a nice desk on wheels that I was able to use to do my work comfortably. The guy at the front desk on nights is super chill. So I can't say it was all bad.

Place was dirty. Our bathroom floor was not swept or cleaned. Room was vacuumed and one of the beds was barely made. I may just start staying away from BW’s even though I am a member. Rooms did not look like picture. Hall way and floors were disgusting. Best Western do better!!

The hotel needs / needed a good vacuum. The carpets near the entry and stairs were filthy, my mother had commented it was worse than motels in other countries.
The rooms were adequate but seemed dark.
The breakfast was good and kudos to one of the male employees who helped me function the pancake machine. There was another male employee during the night hours who was not at the desk and in the back, inattentive, empty coffee machine and wore unprofessional clothing / head wrap as if he was napping.
Parking lot was ample. I would not stay here again. Maybe worth $90 a night I believe we paid over $300…

We didn’t even stay at the hotel. It was filthy. The lobby floor and stairs were covered in debris. The room smelled horrible. Even the light switches had dirt on them. Beds looked sat on when we got into the room. “Sorry about that” was all we were told when I said we were checking out due to the room being disgusting. Checked in and then checked out as soon as we got to the room.

My wife and I stayed 1 night, arriving before 2PM to a nice receptionist who checked my ID, processed my payment, then presented the key cards with the wifi. We walked up to the 2nd floor.|Room #207 was carpeted, clean and spacious with a very comfortable king, desk & chair, easy chair with foot stool, closet, medium sized refrigerator, micro, coffee machine and medium sized TV with a hotel guide(Bloomberg, CNN, ESPNs, HGTV, local networks & 35 channels). A large opening window with a wooded view through spider webs. |The sink was separate and outside the bathroom with a tub/shower, soaps and fan.|Good secure wifi, ample outlets, good lighting and quiet under window AC/heat. I did not use the outdoor pool.|The 6AM breakfast was very good and attended: juices, no fruit, 3 cereals, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, muffins, sweet roll, toast and coffees. |Overall, we had a quiet night’s sleep and enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was gross. The room was dirty. The door appeared to be broken into, and the repairs were awful. Carpets are filthy, and the room is in serious need of repair.
We kept our shoes on and asked for a sheet to cover the sofa before we set on it.
The floors were dirty.
Opened the fridge and the odor was horrific.
Smoke alarms kept whistling, as the batteries were dead.
The washing machine buttons were broke and it took over 15 minutes to fill the machine with water due to needing repairs. Theres only one washer and dryer that were filthy and needed replaced.
Our bedding had spiders on it.
We checked out early.
The staff was kind, Id have to blame all of this on Best Western Hotels .

Danville seems to be the town the hotel industry forgot. There are only two hotels in Danville, the Best Western and the Days Inn which is even worse than the Best Western. So without any competition, this hotel has been neglected for the past 20+ years that we've been staying there while in Danville. On the plus side, it has a bigger than usual mini-fridge with a freezer to keep your blue/Yeti ice frozen, great location, decent sized room, working adjustable desk chair, full length mirror, cable TV with some live programming. On the negative side, the hotel is not terribly clean and has a neglected feel to it. A few examples of which I've included pictures are the badly damaged door lock area and damage to the door itself (missing door protector), the door rarely locked (we had to go to the front desk almost every time we left the room to have the clerk lock the door for us, transition molding on the floor coming apart, stained towels, obstruction making it impossible to fully open the closet door, a very frumpy poorly upholstered couch, bundles of cords exposed, not enough receptacles to plug in the lamp, coffee maker and microwave at the same time. All of these could be fixed in less than an hour total by a handyman, yet year after year, they go neglected. For some crazy reason, the regular sized TV is in the bedroom (but no chairs in the bedroom so you have to sit at the end of the bed 18" from the screen) and a very small TV in the living room area. Service staff is generally not eager to please customers other than the maid who was very nice and helpful. We were there three nights and even after asking at the front desk was only allowed one coffee pod per person per day and only one tiny half bottle of water per person for the entire stay. So, platinum members need to bring their own water and coffee pods. We were in a hurry on one day so tried the breakfast. Every table had crumbs on them and the trash bin was over flowing yet, there was a clerk at the desk ignoring it all. We used napkins and hot water from the tea dispenser to wash one of the tables. Hotel eggs are rarely good but these were the worst we've ever encountered; completely tasteless and the texture of soggy sponge cake. The coffee was not good (worse than the pods in the room). There was a bug infestation outside our window every time the sun came out which I suggested to the desk clerk to spray some Raid or something of that nature to the outside window because dozens of the bugs somehow were getting into our room. The bugs were slow and easily crushed but it was just a bit unsettling to have bugs crawling all over the inside of the windows and curtains. Her reply was "I'll get to it when I have some free time" which I guess she never had because the next day when the sun came out the window was again covered in bugs outside and inside.|So, as bad as this sounds, the only other hotel in Danville is worse. Every time we stay here, I say "never again". I think this time it is the last time. Unfortunately, that means staying somewhere else inconveniently located about 10 miles outside of Danville by the Casino.
