Excellent! Rooms are well decorated and complete with details. We had the room facing the mountain with a balcony. There was a bar area with sink, microwave, fridge, and Keirig. The bathroom was nice and included a lighted makeup mirror. The beds were comfy. We used the indoor hot tub it was great and the fitness room looked clean and great but we did not use it. We had a yummy breakfast in the restaurant (not included ) but there is a discount for guests.

We booked this hotel for a week while we were in Cody, Wyoming. The desk clerk, Will was not very friendly or helpful when we asked about places to eat nearby. The female desk staff were all kind, helped us when we asked about the best local eateries. The hotel is very clean but in our room the sliding glass door leading to the parking lot was very difficult to lock and unlock and did not slide easily. ||We have stayed in a lot of hotels on our travels but the bathroom in our room was the smallest bathroom that we have ever seen. The toilet was low and positioned at an angle. The shower was okay except that the showerhead was very high so that you cannot adjust it. ||The bed and pillows were comfortable. The cost of our stay was reasonable.

My stay started with me booking a room that was not right for my family . I was upset . Justice the evening host could see this . We went to dinner. When we came back she spent the time getting my family a room that fit our needs. She went above and beyond for us . Very rare now days .but it did not end there. The entire staff was excellent. They had local tips for dinning ,shopping, attractions. They made the difference between a good trip and a excellent one . The hotel itself was great and kept so clean .breakfast was great try the pecan Carmel rools. Thank you looking forward to my next stay

This was one of the nicest hotels in this price range we have stayed at. The restaurant has great food, they offer a discount for guests staying at the hotel. The pool was very clean and did not smell of chlorine abundance. The room was clean and the layout was very convenient with a walk in shower.

Omgosh what a beautiful facility!||We booked on line and got a good rate.||The e building is equipped with many energy saving features…|The main lights in the room are motion activated… really good for those who leave the room with the lights on…||If we’re ever back in the area will definitely book here…

Best stay on our travels in a long while. The attention to detail, the cleaning teams, the great free laundry space, the amazing attached restaurant. The cleaning staff and the restaurant staff were outstanding. The front desk needs to step it up. We requested a top floor and didn’t get it with an excuse of never receiving the week in advance request. Other than having stumping people above us the hotel is great.

Fabulous restaurant, unique cocktails, quiet hotel and comfortable bed. We loved the small intimate lobby at each floor level and the hallway dimming lights that illuminated as you walked. Being able to sit on a private deck with wine in the evening and coffee in the morning really created a relaxed mood after a great day spent in Yellowstone.

Superby designed and comfortable hotel. We enjoyed the little gym and the nice and unusual communal areas. Our room was extremely comfortable. The only downside was that our baclony overlooked the road before the mountain and it was too windy and noisy to sit out.
