I slept so well even though they're is really bad freeway noise for the rooms we had. Inside the room is very nice and clean. The women that ran the continental breakfast were amazing! I felt that they treated me so nice even when I slipped into the room in the last minute. They weren't frustrated with me in any way. In fa
ct they went out of their way to bring me items that were out( muffins, pastries, fruit,etc.). So nice to experience that!!

My first stay,2 nights, was great. My second stay,3 nights, has been a mess. First room did not have a working heater so the front desk gave me another room. The heater was running but not enough to completely heat the room. For second nights stay had to be moved again. A big Thank You to Jose for his willingness to go above and beyond and check the third room candidates prior to me moving to make sure the heater was working. I moved into my now third room during this stay and the heater is fully functional.

Do not let the free breakfast be a determining factor for your stay unless you are a cereal, bagels/pastries and coffee/tea/hot cocoa kind of person. The waffles are not good, the home fries had way too much pepper on them and the scrambled eggs were watery.

The room was clean and beds are comfortable. Hotel was quiet.

I used to stay here alot a few years ago. However, after contacting this hotel a couple days ago I asked if they allow service dogs. Of course I knew they had too per ADA guidelines but the receptionist I spoke with stated that I had to provide a certificate proving my dog is a service dog, which is DEFINITELY not true. Needless to say, I will never stay here ever again.

Positive: The staff are very nice and accommodating, especially nights and housekeeping. Negative: I try not to give bad reviews but have stayed multiple times and had issues every time. Had to be moved every stay to be in a room where the window locked and the heater worked. None of the bathtubs hold water. I put a towel around the drain to take bath.

Positive: I?ve stayed there a few times Negative: Unfortunately due to fires there was no parking, I had to park 2 blocks away. They should definitely have a better system of parking. 1 car per room or something I had to park in an area I was unfamiliar with and walk in the dark. My room wasn?t great.

BEDBUGS....
The hallway and room were very warm. As soon as we entered the room, I could tell it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I saw insects on my pillowcase and then under the sheets. That’s when I looked behind the headboard. Since I had never seen bedbugs before, I had to google what they looked like.
I emailed corporate, no response. Stay away from this hotel.
I can't believe this has 4.3 rate in google.

The benefit of having a Very Good Breakfast included with your stay is a big plus. Our bed was comfortable and found this establishment to be a Great Value. Clean, Quiet, and a Friendly Staff. Our stay was a 10 day stay and we enjoyed everyday of our visit.
