This is a plesant hotel, very clean, relatively modern. Rooms are decent sized but lack closets. Bathroom and shower were great. But, if you are expecting decent internet, look elsewhere. We could not get connected in our room, so I went down to the desk where the very nice manager got me connected. Then I went back to the room and lost the connection. It was getting late so I thought I would try in the morning. The manager gave me the phone number of the internet provider. I spent 30 minutes on the phone trying different options, non of which worked. Also, while the address is Halsted Street, the hotel is among several hotels off of a frontage road.

Stayed here for the weekend and it was great. Had the double bed room with the wet bar and it was perfect! The choices in the free continental breakfast was good too!!

I stayed here almost a year ago in August the staff was very nice it was clean. The price wasn't bad. I plan on staying there again when I return to Chicago in July.

The property is terrible. It has cheap floors and decor. The bedding is horrible, the wall paint is chipped and stained and there are holes and dents in the wall. There's a sign in the lobby about no food in the rooms which means the hotel has roaches and/or rats. I expected a better quality hotel because the name is BW Plus instead this location is a dump and more like a motel 6 or worse.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Had a king size room and it was comfortable and clean. The bed was really comfortable with lots of pillows to choose from. Bathroom was clean and shower pressure was good. A/C and heat worked well. Breakfast was a traditional hotel breakfast and was adequate.

Overall, hotel is good value for the Greater Chicago area. You will always hear the highway droning noise and breakfast is very basic sugar loaded food, no eggs or plain yogurt. Staff was all very friendly and helpful.

The location was nice, I love seeing a McDonald’s and highway out of my window. The service was not skibidi and made me feel like un valued. They refused to change the sheets I absolutely wrecked with brown. They would not pick up the phone after I called 46 times. I was kicked out after turning the pool the same color as my sheets. I tried to order steak and lobster but they turned down my request…

This place was very clean and the staff was friendly and professional. They were very accommodating with in reason. Rooms were very clean and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom could use brighter lighting for applying makeup however that's just a person preference, because it does not take away from the cleanness and comfort of the hotel or room. I would recommend and return .
