Way way way understaffed. The staff there were very pleasant that we saw. Just seems everyone doing all different jobs. No one to check out when we left. Invoice under door said $0 , this is scary. I know better , checking credit card now.
I didn't care for the mattress, felt like I was laying on bowling balls where the springs are. Husband didn't feel it. Bathroom sink would not drain for about 5+ minutes. Had to get new key cards but still had 2 days ahead of us! Walked to the front of the building to get back in from the back, outside in the rain.
It was a nice hotel but had to call 3 times to get a reservation. From $100 a night to $189 a night. 3 different people. So strange.
Breakfast was okay. Only orange, cranberry juice and coffee. No milk I could see. Smart balance margarine only. Little to no bread choices.
Stayed in 2016 and it was much better, now skimpy. Lady working in the kitchen was great, very nice and hard working!
Hotel better than most of them around the area I suppose?
Doubt we stay there again.

Positive: It was clean!!! My room was clean, bathroom was clean. Front lobby area was clean. Negative: Could stand to spend some time on cleaning the windows. Or hire someone to do it. The elevator was scary and didn?t have any certifications posted. Other than that I will definitely stay there again if I?m the area.

Overall, great stay. Had to get new key cards 3 times, once immediately after check-in and twice after lunch the next two days, for the room before we were moved. The late morning/afternoon receptionist on 12/5-12/7, sorry don't remember her name, was great in helping my mom and I back into the room with key cards and then ultimately moving us to a new room. Other staff were friendly in the few interactions I had. Breakfast was your typical complimentary breakfast, which was plenty good enough. I'd easily stay here again.

The room was clean but small. The computer chair about threw me in the floor with no support. The refrigerator didn't cool, the shower head was messed up. We asked housekeeping for soap at the sink, and more towels. The first spoke 0 English, her partner barely comprehended anything either, no soap or towels were brought. Front desk and breakfast staff was friendly, breakfast was decent. Beds were comfortable. Not horrible for a night or two, but not more than that.

Overall a good hotel. Kind of far away from STL if you're trying to go to the city daily. Front desk person was kind of dismissive of us when we arrived. Had to ask how to get to our room, where the pool was, what time was breakfast, no information was given at arrival without having to ask. Breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast. Get there early, when they say breakfast ends at 9, they mean 9 other dot! The lady was.putting stuff away as I was.grabbing for it. The rooms were.decent and clean.

Ms. Connie, Ms. Tracie, Avi, and the rest of the staff deliver excellent customer service! My room is always clean. Breakfast is good. The hot tub is the best! I will continue to use this facility in the future when I travel. I literally cannot find enough words to express how grateful I am for the staff at this facility. They make me feel like family.

Staff was friendly and informative. I couldn't find my online reservation so I called the hotel, they were super helpful and alleviated my concerns about not be able to find my booking. Checking in at 4pm was not a problem, went quickly. I had sone changes and needed to increase my guest number from 1 to 2, they completely accommodated and didn't request additional fees, yay! The room was clean and comfortable, roomy and adequately stocked, with amenities functional. Mini fridge, k-cup coffee pot, TV etc. Chanel selection was good. Water pressure was good. The complimentary toiletries smelled pleasantly of citrus and were of decent quality. Breakfast was good, fresh "fried" eggs, gravy, sausage, biscuits, toast, waffles, juice and coffee. What youd expect. Check out was simple and again staff was friendly. The $100 deposit hold on my credit card was released within 24hours with no issues. Parking was plentiful, on site and location is good. We'd definitely use this location again!

My new favorite travel stop just outside St. Louis. Nice rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff, environmentally-friendly amenities and free breakfast with biscuits & gravy. (Tip: biscuits better after 10 seconds in the microwave 🙂).

Only thing I didn't like? Fox News on the breakfast room TV.....ruins my appetite every time.
