The Staff was AMAZING. We had a missed connection at O’Hare and used a voucher to stay here, the staff behind the counter were so incredibly helpful.

Also the shuttle drivers were considerate and friendly. One adjusted my seat to give me more legroom!

We did find a few stray hairs under a pillow but I didn’t mind, the room was very clean and taken care of other than that.

I had a wonderful stay here! The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

The hotel’s location near the airport was extremely convenient, and the room was spotless and very comfortable. I also accidentally left my watch and ring in the room after checking out, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure it was returned to me safely. Their professionalism and care truly impressed me!

Thank you for such an outstanding experience—I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, hospitality, and convenience!

We stayed and parked here for spring break with the kids. They offer shuttle service. Great budget hotel and the front desk guy Eric was funny, personable, and very kind. Will definitely stay here again when flying out of Chicago!

Impressive Cleanliness & Service
From the moment I walked in, I noticed how well-maintained the hotel was. The housekeeping team does an amazing job keeping the rooms fresh and clean. The front desk staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Five stars all the way!

This place is horrible! They do not have an actual shuttle, rather it's just minivan that takes you to the airport(if you're within the first 6 people to sign up for it, if you're not your on your own). The front desk attendant didn't care at all that we didn't have a way to get to the airport. The rooms are not cared for well either, there were no pillowcases on the pillows! This place is cheap for a a reason, spend a little extra to stay in a better hotel!

Large room with fridge microwave and coffee maker in room. AC was working well. Linen was clean. Staff at front desk were very welcoming. Free standard breakfast. Some fast food restaurants and CVS within walk distance. Airport shuttle took me back and forth to ORD. It has everything i need.

Called phone number on website it was with a 3rd party. (Didnt know that till day i checked in.) They messed up reservation with 4 people and i said we had 5 for a 2 queen bed room. Asked for money back they dont because i booked with 3rd party. Asked for a cot they couldnt give me a cot. Desk called 5 min. Later said they have a cot. Got cot mattress, is ripped down the sides barely any stuffing in it left. Very disapointed in service and room should of went to holiday inn. Shows pools on website. Pool was shut down due to remodeling. My kid was very upset.
