I prefer Best Westerns given the option because I am a diamond member and they’re usually clean and reasonably priced. This one is really well located close to the airport and has shuttles to the airport as well. It is always been quiet when I stay here with very helpful front desk staff. There are a couple things you should know, one good and one bad. The bad one is that they charge for parking if you drive here. It costs nine dollars a day And is not part of the price when you book your room. The good thing is that they have packages where you can come down and stay for one night and then leave your car as you fly out someplace on vacation or business. I don’t remember what it is called But I believe you got a week of parking at the hotel plus a room, for only about $40 more than for the room alone.

I booked this hotel because it was inexpensive and I got exactly what I deserved
Th front desk staff were nice. The bartender could not understand me so I had to point at the menu.
The maintenance man ( yes needed one) was nice also.
I arrived checked in went to room. The thermostat did not work. It wasn’t connected. The maintenance man came up and said he had no idea what to do so he took the cover off the heating unit and showed me how to work it manually. ( see photo dead thermostat)
The room as not actually locked when I arrived. Someone had left it open. The furniture is stained ( see photo) and the bathtub is rust stained ( see photo. The bed was comfortable but the room noisy . If you want a cheap hotel it works . But be aware of what you are getting.

I paid $100. This Best Western Plus hotel deserves $150.

One night dinner was great. Next night I got a salty chicken tiryaki with cold rice.

I stayed at Hilton San Francisco Union Square 2 days ago. I paid $270. Hilton is not better than this Best Western hotel. The only advantage of the Hilton was the location.

I chose this hotel for its location close to the SFO airport. There was airport shuttle available making it convenient because I did not drive for the transit overnight stay before my next flight. However, one needs to know the timing of the shuttle service availability. I had no issue with arriving in the evening at around 9pm, and leaving at around 5am.||The room was adequate for a short transit stay. It was clean and functional overall. I will consider staying here again next time.

Location is good, with a 10-min drive to SFO. Free shuttle covers most time of a day. Breakfast is beyond the average of the hotels of such prices. The only drawback is the shower. The flow is somewhat weak.

Warm and personable hotel front desk. Nice location, near lots of fast food places. Reasonably priced. Breakfast buffet available. Most of all , conveniently had airport shuttle service to and from the airport. Will recommend to friends and family.

Perfect location for the airport! This hotel was the first of four pick ups for the shuttle. The driver was very knowledgeable in which airline used which terminal. The breakfast was out in time to catch the first shuttle. Also, they have a restaurant with varied menu and hearty portions.

I frequently stay in hotels near airports and this was a pretty dismal experience. Rooms very outdated. Not the cleanest in appearance. Beds weren't super comfortable and the mattress is quite firm.
My coworker had BROWN water from her taps in her room until she ran it for over 5 minutes then it cleared.
My biggest issue was that this was one of the loudest airport hotels I've stayed in, it basically sounds like your window is open and you're under the runway. That on top of the walls being paper thin. I heard conversations from the other rooms on either side of me and they definitely weren't speaking loudly. Definitely was not conducive to a good night sleep.
Only highlight for me was the included breakfast. They had a decent spread of hot and cold items.
