The front desk woman that checked us in after 10pm was great. All I remember was she was also a Yellowstone fan and we talked extensively about the series and what was going to happen this season. She gave us a great room that was clean and quiet and had a comfortable bed and good amenities. She was very patient, kind, courteous and experienced. She gave us fresh bottled water and pointed out the morning breakfast service.

Also, in the morning the several women that hosted and managed the breakfast service were all wonderful. Very attentive and courteous. It was very busy when we were there an they were on top of everything. Hot coffee and food was consistently refilled, the tables cleared and ready for the guests cycling in. Overall very nice staff that work very hard to ensure the guests were taken care of and could get on their way with a good start to the day.

Great overall experience. The front desk ladies were friendly, professional and efficient at check in. Clean, nicely decorated rooms in a newer building. The highlight for me was the quality of the food and service at breakfast. Clearly well above the average for any hotel out there with good coffee and more sections of food than I've seen anywhere. New Mexican green chili is the bomb.

This place was amazing! The staff members were super friendly and very helpful. Our room was extraordinary! We were in the king suite with the kitchen. A totally separate bedroom and two televisions made it extra convenient. We can’t recommend it enough! I would definitely stay here again!

We just stayed one night in a suite at this Best Western Plus in Gallup, NM. Was super happy with our stay. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The hotel was not hard to get to or get back on I-40 from. It was clean and comfortable. I didn’t use them but the hotel gym and indoor pool looked good to me. Everything was good quality and met or exceeded my expectations at good price in my opinion. Would recommend. The warm breakfast had French toast, eggs (scrambled, and cheese omelette), as well as potatoes, bagels, fruit, cereal, and coffee, hot chocolate, and juice for beverages.

The front desk lady did NOT like us, I don’t know why. We were a group with 2 rooms and kids. She gave us rooms on two different floors at opposite ends of the hotel. Our keycards didn’t work the first time so we had to return to the lobby to get that fixed. She told us the wifi password was on the keycard holder but it wasn’t so we called the front desk to ask for it. Come on… all this treatment begets is questions. Was she mad because we booked through Priceline? Because she thought we were a mixed white-indigenous group (which we were not but we could look it) and had something against that See the mental hoops this made me jump through?||Sunday breakfast on the other hand was a superb affair (for this tier of hotel). Our rooms were well kept up and clean. The historic El Rancho is across the street and you can have dinner there. There you go.

The Customer Service Was Excellent. Beds were comfortable. The Price Was Amazing! There was a pool laundry room Workout room. Beautiful Room. Continental Breakfast was the Best Western have seen Across America! We will Highly Recommend This Best Western! It was Decorated for The Holidays.

Definitely a pleasant surprise after a long day on the road. The location (right off I-40) was ideal, the building and grounds appeared neat and well kept, the customer rooms (decent fridge and micro) were clean, bathroom had (lots of soaps and shampoo) plenty of towels...and the linens appeared fresh. Most surprisingly, along with an already ample complimentary breakfast, a made-to-order egg omelet was prepared and served by a very pleasant employee! This stop provided an extremely great value to these weary travelers!

We stayed here for a roadtrip in Arizona and New Mexico. The staffs were so friendly that we felt like in home, and the breakfast was greatly above the average. However, the room was pretty old, and the fire alarm was triggered at around 4am. I can’t say I got enough rest.
