New and very nice hotel. Lobby and room decor are great. All amenities included (appreciate the smart TV!) but no USB ports and the pillows are too hard. Really nice bathroom. Breakfast wasn't very good and the grounds are unappealing. It's a pet friendly hotel. Clean, safe, convenient, and affordable place to stay when visiting Cheyenne.

We had such a great stay in Cheyenne we would be giving them 5stars, but the breakfast was one the smallest and almost an afterthought. It was pretty sad.|Aurora checked us in and she was so professional, kind and courteous. She gave us a gift bag for being a rewards member.|Which let me tell you makes me so happy. It even had a little something for our pet, seamus.|The room was clean, spacious and had absolutely everything you would need. We would recommend this hotel and stay here again when traveling through this area.|Thanks for a great stay.

This is the first time we've stayed at this Best Western. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. The lobby is very nice and the decor is very Wyoming. The pool looked nice but I didn't swim because there were too many people for me to actually get to swim. The room looked like it had been updated it was very clean and the beds were soft, which I like. The heating and air conditioning unit works great it has a constant fan so it's not kicking on and off all night waking you up. Water pressure is good in the shower. The rooms are also nice and big so you don't feel like you're crowded. The breakfast was good. They have a nice place for pets to go to the bathroom and they have a sidewalk all the way around so you can walk your pet. If we come through Cheyenne again we definitely will stay here. Bonus....if you're facing East you'll see a beautiful sunrise and if you're facing West you'll see a beautiful sunset.

Only thing to knock is the breakfast. I don’t expect much, it’s just some eggs and bacon or something. But WOW their “eggs” were at best a poor imitation and their bacon quality made a piece of cardboard look appetizing. Great staff, good location, and clean facilities. But their breakfast was so bad it brought it down from a 5 to a 3 star.

The staff and accomodations were great. The gal at the breakfast hall was amazing. She was very considerate. Our room, however, smelled awful. They put a machine in but it was not very effective. They tried but, we should have changed rooms or not be put into that room until it was sufficiently aired.

I had to sleep during the day there for work and thanks to the quiet environment I was able to do just that. I appreciated the well-stocked tea, hot cocoa and coffee bar that was available in the lobby 24/7. When I was there even fruit like oranges and apples was out for guests to grab whenever they wanted to. I was there during the colder part of the year so I didn't do much walking but the little did do I felt safe.

I'm traveling across the country and have stayed at numerous hotels, but this has been by far the best experience. Karen, the receptionist, was exceptionally professional, kind, and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. Her outstanding service truly set this hotel apart.

We stopped at this hotel during our cross-country move and it is very very nice. Everything you could want. Comfy bed, good service, good breakfast and they are pet friendly. Dogs AND cats! Once we were checked in and settled we even received a call from front desk asking if everything was good. It’s the little touches like the hot apple cider and the kitty goodie bags we got that show they really are trying to go beyond just providing the bare necessities. We were able to do a load of laundry. Front desk sells laundry supplies for a very reasonable price.

You do have to drive a little bit to get to restaurants, about 7-15 minutes but it’s worth it. There is Subway available nearby.

This was our first time staying at a Best Western plus and we’re now trying to see if we can stay at 1 again during this road trip because wow!
