Overall, this location is clean and the service is efficient and friendly. The rooms are fine and what you’d expect from a BW. The only issue I had was the shower water temperature is hard to control. The valves have a pretty large delay from when you set it to when the temp changes. I can only assume this is a side effect of using eco friendly shower heads, which is evident by the lower than usual water pressure. Other than that, the stay was fine and worth the price.

This place was great. The front desk lady Fua was awesome. She was very friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was clean and we were able to get a good nights sleep and catch up on much needed rest. When we arrived we were very tired and a bit skeptical of the neighborhood but after the wonderful service and welcome from Fua we settled right in and would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood is not bad, it is just busy. Luckily the hotel is set back from the road a bit so there is a buffer from the traffic.

Last night's stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms and lobby were good. I kicked off the day with a morning workout at the gym and a refreshing swim in the pool. The overall experience at the hotel was truly nice . Looking forward to exploring Monterey next!

This BW Plus was much like the others BW Plus hotels we have stayed at. We like entering our rooms from inside the hotel, with locking sliding doors at the lobby at night, verses from the outside, like motels. We felt safe. The included breakfast featured hot scrambled eggs and bacon, self pour waffles, bread and English muffins you can toast, regular muffins, yogurt with all the toppings, hot oatmeal, fruit, juice, and coffee. Always nice to have free parking. The double queen room was clean and spacious, counter tops and bath fixtures were on the newer side, ac worked well, carpet was cushy, small fridge and microwave. We preferred to be closer to HWY 99, but access was easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the filtered water dispenser and ice machine.

Wonderful, pleasant, courteous, and helpful staff and the rooms are always clean and pleasant smelling. All facilities were in good working order. Excellent free breakfast was included every time we stayed at this hotel. We have returned to this site frequently.

First off, I want to say that I am a Gold plus reward member with the Best Western. My family and have rented many rooms at different locations. I had accumulated enough reward points to get a free night stay. Due to my husband needed to get medical treatment for his chemo, we decided to use the free night at a Best Western location we had never been too. Called this location in the morning to go over the policies and make sure that all would go okay prior to booking and showing up. Phone call went great, booked online and showed up. Upon arriving, was greated by 2 staff members. The male was very polite but the female was rude. She said that my credit card was not accepted there which was weird to hear because all other locations accept it. She said I needed to call and get a refund that I could use the card here so I needed to leave. Worst customer service. Don't wait your time here. Not worth it.

We love Best Western!!!! Always clean and friendly. And the little laundry room, is a life saver when traveling.
