The room was very clean and pleasant. Breakfast was normal, and I can't complain. The reason I am giving 3 stars is because they charge for you to park in front of the hotel, also was almost full, so I guess that if you arrive late you can have problems to park! There was nothing special about the parking for them to charge -1 star! The receptionist was very dry when we arrived, and in the morning, the people that were at the breakfast looked upset, don't know what happened that day, but everyone could see... Anyway, if you are on the way to Sequoia, this can be an option.

Very nice hotel. The bed was comfortable in the room was very clean. The front desk staff was great. We didn’t have time for breakfast, but they had some nice items on the buffet. They were very efficient in the morning and taking us to the airport

Recommend other hotels.

They clean the rooms daily. Even if you put a privacy placard on the door handle, they will knock for cleaning.

They can provide extra towels. No one uses the gym, so that's empty. No one uses the pool, so that's empty. They provide a computer and printer for use on the first floor. The breakfast selection and hours are great. There is occasional homeless screaming. Shower and sink water pressure and temperature aren't consistent. Free passworded wifi, but the password expires at 12am the day of checkout and not 12pm.

Parking is horrible. They charge you for parking and there is no parking pass system. On busy days there is no parking available and you have to park on the street. We stayed about a week, and there were vehicles parked that hadn't moved since we arrived. Non-EV vehicles park overnight in the EV spots. I don't believe they enforce the parking rules, but they still charge you for parking.

For safety concerns, I can not recommend this hotel. Parking is horrible, and we had to walk from the unlit street parking when we arrived late at night or needed to visit the car parked out on the street.

My wife and I stayed here on a two week road trip on the west coast. This was one of five Best Western Plus hotels we stayed at on this trip. This hotel was fantastic and reinforces went we choose BW+ as our preferred hotel choice. Some key points:||Soft close room doors so no banging of other people's room doors early in the morning|Large bathroom with large counter for toiletries|No vent in bathroom for steam|Pharmacopia citrus bath/shower products are AWESOME|Breakfast had bacon! However...breakfast was not laid out in a good order. Hot food was in a corner at the end of the line. It caused long lines and slow movement. It should be near the beginning so people won't be blocked from the non hot items by the backed up line.||I highly recommend this Best Western Plus!

This was a very impressive hotel. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and we were able to sleep well in a good quality bed. The bathroom was good quality too. Staff were professional and helpful. The breakfast was excellent (most hotels have stopped providing bacon these days, which is hugely frustrating, but we were able to enjoy it here).||I really want to give this hotel five stars, but shortly after our stay, we noticed a charge on our credit card, which we subsequently discovered was for parking. Firstly, I'd never give five stars to a hotel that charges for parking, and secondly, this was never mentioned to us at check-in or check-out, which feels dishonest. So this slightly spoiled our memories of what was otherwise a great hotel.

I was actually there to go vote a month ago, LET ME TELL YOU HOW NICE IT IS INSIDE!!! 😆 It's such a beautiful lobby + the restrooms were clean!! I hope I can come there for my birthday, I felt so safe and the staff were super friendly 😄

This place is my home away from home ! Everyone is so friendly and always accommodating to my needs . They really play a big part in making my trips 100x more memorable . 🤍 I look forward to my future trips !! Rooms are always clean and smell SOOOOOOO good !!! Internet has excellent connection . Watch out, they charge a parking fee upon check out, which they don't tell you in advance when you book your room. Seems to be the new thing for some hotels to extract more money from their 'valued' customers. Being treated like that leaves a bad taste for the whole stay.
