My wife and I stayed at Best Western for our friend's wedding recently. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, which we appreciated. However, my wife forgot her magnifying mirror, and the bathroom didn't have one. She was a little stressed, so I went to ask at the front desk. Janae, who was working there, kindly shared her own magnifying mirror and even sanitized it before giving it to me. She really helped us out, and we give her 5 stars! The hotel should definitely consider adding magnifying mirrors to their bathrooms, though.

This establishment was VERY clean. The hotel staff was courteous and beyond helpful. The building itself is in really good shape. It is right near a major highway, but I didn't even hear the traffic at all. The room I stayed in was comfortable.

Seriously, I drove for 5 hours having never been here before so it was a rough estimate for my arrival time on a Sunday. I get here 20 minutes before 3pm (and yes i understand, check in is at 3pm), but I was told I had to wait until 3 to check in! Seriously? 20 minutes you can't let that slide? Ive been traveling for over 40 years and never have I been turned away, even arriving before check-in time. I have to start making this trip for work monthly but I can assure you, I won't be back!!! Lousy customer service.

The best part of the stay was the girl at the front desk. The room size was more than you could ask and it was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the room smelled very musty and we had to cut our stay short. Also the neighborhood was less than desirable and we had people solicit money from us in the parking lot.

1 - they gave us a room for handicap people

2 - when you shower, the whole bathroom gets flooded and the water reaches the carpet in the room

- mentioned it to the front desk lady, nothing got done

That room is not even safe for handicap person. They can slip and hurt themselves.

Not getting a room at this place again .

We had a roach in our room. We moved to another room where the sink was filled with stagnant water and little bugs and wouldn’t drain.

Positive: A real breakfast. Negative: luggage racks need to be replaced or screws tightened up. Almost lost luggage to hard to move and turn.

Incompetence, pure incompetence.

Started off with a leaky sink, that the staff couldn't handle on their own and had to "Speak to their manager", followed by my parents being locked out of room multiple days because evidently no one at this particular Best Western has ever had someone extend their stay. This they did, BTW, months ago and were assured by Best Western CS would be, no problem at all.

They then followed up with calling my parents, who are in their late 70's, at 10:15 PM to ask them, are they sure they weren't supposed to have left their room that day? How dumb and poorly trained is the staff to, one, not see they don't check out for another day and two, call someone after 10pm? I blame management as whoever the manager is at this 1 star BW, has not properly trained their staff.

The cherry on top was then that night my parents room phone rang, one ring, every hour on the hour, after midnight to morning. Was it a malicious staff member being cute, sure seems like it.

And the final bit, they are now over charging them for the additional days they extended ages ago. Overcharge?!?!?!? The unprofessional imbeciles at BW should have comped them a day or so for how poorly my parents were treated.
