I'm sorry but if you don't like cats you don't want to stay here. Have stayed here many times over the years and have really enjoyed it. I told my wife we are not staying here on the way back north. The place is a discussing big litter box.

I travel once or twice a month and this hotel is by far my to go choice. The rooms are huge, clean and well set up. Beds comfy. I've never had an issue with staff they always seem to be friendly. However on my last trip the service was bad. I had called to pay for my room since I was stuck in traffic and wouldn't be getting to the hotel until past 12am. I wanted to make things easier on myself and just check in and rest. Susie the receptionist had the worst attitude ever. I've paid my room over the phone I explained to her why I wanted to take care of it her response was no I need the card in person, when I asked another question as to my reservation her attitude seemed to be annoyed and kept repeating " ma'am someone is always here 24/7" not answering my questions. Frustrated I called her stupid and hung. If you don't like your job the maybe find another one. Hospitality is NOT YOUR VIRTUE SUSIE. If your over worked take rime off. But kindness and concern towards a customer is greatly appreciated and recognized.

Booked a one night stay, very easy to book online and found a room the day before we needed one so that’s a bonus.
Nicely landscaped plus plenty of parking, didn’t use the pool but it looked clean and well maintained. Inside is sparkling clean and had zero issues checking in. Rooms were out of this world decorated, really felt homey.
The only downside is the water pressure in the shower but thats my personal opinion. Overall, my family and I were very pleased by this hotel and will stay again.

I absolutely love this hotel. I travel frequently from the Bay Area to LA and this location is where I stop for a mini break on my long drives. It's very clean, the staff are all so kind and it's in a quiet smaller city area that I really appreciate. View of the mountains and no noise! I'm glad I took a chance on this hotel, I was nervous at first since I'm very picky about cleanliness. I sometimes stay extra nights to get work done in peace. Thank you for such clean spacious rooms! The showers are surprisingly nice! All the workers have been extremely kind which makes this place top tier. Lots of spacious parking. I feel safe here. There's a Walgreens/Little Cesars/Starbucks/Rite Aid/grocery store about a mile out. Everything you need. Thank you much BW Coalinga 🙂 Until next time.

i have stayed here a few times, and the whole staff is very kind and helpful, which makes me always come back. they are always accommodating. the rooms are big, the beds comfy, and they have good working AC. i always get a good nights sleep, since u cant really hear the outside noise. upon arrival i was greeted by Emily. very nice girl. and the next day, Felicia and Abbie were there when i came back to the hotel. i saw the bar was open, and decided to have some drinks with my friend. Felicia was very attentive to us even when the bar area got full. Very professional and always with a smile. at the end of the night, Abbie helped me with the process of ordering food to the hotel. the next morning, i had breakfast and enjoyed the variety. the whole atmosphere was very welcoming. i will definitely will be staying here every time i am in coalinga.

I hadn't stayed at a Best Western in years, so I was pleasantly surprised by my stay last weekend. Despite my initial concerns about the extreme heat—forecasted to reach 105 degrees—I was relieved to find my room far exceeded my expectations.

Upon entering, I noticed a fan in the lobby and a slight warmth, which made me a bit anxious about my room. However, my worries were unfounded. The room was modern, spacious, and featured a king bed with a sofa bed. The bed itself was comfortable, aligning with my preference for a firm mattress, though the pillows were a bit too soft for my taste. The A/C worked perfectly, making the room a haven of comfort that I didn’t want to leave.

I arrived around midnight, and Sandra at the front desk made a fantastic first impression. She was incredibly sweet and provided detailed information about the property and the town, which helped me feel more at ease. Throughout the day, the front desk associates were also very kind and helpful, assisting me with directions for purchasing "just in case" clothing.

Although I didn’t have breakfast (as I’m not much of a breakfast person), I noticed a selection of pancakes, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, along with pastries. I also didn’t use the pool area, partly because of the heat, but I did see a BBQ grill, which is a nice feature for future stays.

Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. Despite the somewhat eerie location of the town, which is a 6-minute drive away, the hotel itself was a comfortable and welcoming retreat. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Clean ,shiny. Don't know how long it's been here, but I will stay here again . Staff is courteous. Good breakfast.
