While traveling home from a road trip to Utah/Colorado in April 2025, a recent winter/spring storm caused us (wife, little dog, me) to exit the highway and stay in Casper for a night. We decided to try the Best Western Plus Casper Inn & Suites and so very glad we did. The location was convenient to I-25 and in a safe location. Parking area was spacious and well-lit at night. Our king pet-friendly room on the 2nd floor was super clean, super comfortable, and super quiet. (There is an elevator, but we used the nice wide carpeted stairs most of the time.) Everything in the room worked exactly the way it was supposed to. The shower was wonderful and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast the next morning was one of the best we ever experienced at any hotel during our travels. The selection was exceptional (hot and cold items), and all items were fresh and high quality. The breakfast area was also clean, sufficiently roomy, and very well-maintained. A special “thank you” to Ray at the front desk for making us feel welcome from the outset and providing such professional and courteous service during our stay. We appreciate you! We will be recommending this hotel to others and are already looking forward to returning. 5 stars all the way.

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western in Casper. The bed and pillows were too soft for our taste; AGAIN I repeat to our taste. The kids running up and down the halls the first night were aggrivating. It was not the fault of the hotel...large groups of students were staying there.| The staff were very friendly and breakfast was good. I had unfortunately thought I had lost my wedding rings there. Ray and the rest of the staff were very kind to go all out to look for it. Fortunately, I found it in the recesses of a pocket of luggage. Thanks!

This is our go-to property in Casper, Wyoming. Easy access off the freeway, super well-maintained & quiet; close to shopping. Rooms are sparkling clean; bedding is perfect; bathroom amenities are just right & TV options are over-the-top. The absolutely outstanding staff makes us feel like family. All aspects of this BW speak to the standard of excellence we consistently find here.

Positive: Very clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly. This will be my new go to hotel in Casper. Negative: The bed wasn't the best and although the breakfast had a lot of choices, the eggs and hot choices were not great. The breakfast quality could be better.

The building and pool were clean and nice. The workout room was out of water and the temperature was set so high it was almost impossible to work out. I asked if they could change it but was told no.
Someone was knocking on our door at 11 pm when my kids and I were asleep which was very startling.

Positive: Location. Negative: TV was like 1987 with channels, guide, and operation. All bed pillows 4 ft long- impossible to get comfortable due to not being a 10 foot tall giant. Morning coffee at breakfast was Folgers and came out of a dispenser machine from the 70's.

I've stayed here many, many, many times since May of 2024 for business, and they always are professional, polite, and generally awesome. They are in a good location, have plenty of parking, a pool and hot tub, gym, and a decent breakfast that changes daily, and they are pet friendly. All around great hotel and I really appreciate them.
