No room service unless requested however that meant no one messed with my stuff. Breakfast hasn't been horrible. Bourbon Creek Kitchen was amazing. The food was decent and the drinks also delicious. It was a good experience other than it wasn't a vacation but a work trip

Let's start with people. Heather made our reservation arrangements very simple. It was a breath of fresh air to talk to a person at the front desk! She made our little ones feel very welcome and was ready to help as needed. ||The manager was present and busy/ available, and very helpful to customers on the Thanksgiving holiday. ||Rooms were clean and comfy. Lighting in one room and an empty soap dispenser in another were the only two issues we had. ||The breakfast buffet was GREAT! Pancakes, sausage, eggs, cereal, muffins, yogurt etc, and a variety of beverages. ||We dfinitely recommend this hotel! The cost was less than at higher rated hotels, but the quality was top notch. All the staff were great.

The staff was nice,the breakfast was awesome, I enjoyed the eggs and bagels 🥯 they have a nice hot chocolate machine that my kids loved. The pool was out of order the first night there. They do allow pets so expect a flea or 2. I killed a couple gnats as well.

This place was "ok". Our room was not clean. Food/ cereal on floor and glitter. The bed had food on the comforter. The refrigerator had left over food in it from the previous guest including ice cream bars and open food containers so kinda gross. Shower curtin was dirty.
Service was ok, breakfast was ok. Not great overall experience. I expected it to be cleaner...

The staff is very friendly. I was working night shift so I wasn’t able to use the restaurant or lounge but was told by the day shift crew that the pizza was great and at a great price. Also, working night shift, I was never bothered my maid service while I was sleeping. This is huge to me. I hate being asleep for 2 hours and maids knocking on my door and waking me up. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept very well every day.

Some of the best customer service I’ve recieved in quite some time. Brandon was a standout and a pleasure to have assist me with any questions/concerns. Will definitely be back!

This COULD be a very nice hotel. It has been nicely renovated. However, the staff is among the worst we’ve encountered. It began with Carmen at the front desk. I had pre-registered online because I was told it would expedite check- in. Nope. She asked for all the information I had previously submitted. It ended up taking longer than a normal check-in. Then Carmen handed me my welcome bag. She failed to mention there was a $10 coupon for use at their lobby “restaurant.” I only discovered it after eating there and returning to my room. Thanks a bunch!

At breakfast the next morning the coffee machine was not working and the breakfast attendant was nowhere to be found. Hard to picture a hotel breakfast room without coffee. The guests were not happy.

The lobby pantry was nearly empty with practically no selection.

The wi-fi is horrible.

A word of warning to those using the tub/shower — it is so slippery it’s dangerous. I ended up placing a towel in the tub just to avoid falling.

It’s a shame how badly this hotel delivers. As I said it’s a nice looking building but it comes across as a low-class , one star hotel.

Rooms are great! Mini apartment. Has all the necessary things for you. Dont forget to let the front desk when you want housekeeping to visit your room and clean it.
