Best Western Parker - Parker, Arizona

This was one of the most enjoyable stays at a Best Western property I had in a long time.
Located in the quiet desert town of Parker, we were looking for a warm place to unwind and we did find it.

The staff is so friendly I can hardly find the right words so describe how amazing they were.
Our room was spacious and clean.

Even the breakfast is very okay if you compare it to the abysmal breakfast you get in other US hotels (don't expect a European food standard though).

The pool is unheated and sat at 15,5 C° / 60 F° during our stay in March. Swimming in it was rather refreshing.

There's plenty of free parking in around the hotel.

The only downside is that the room rates feel high compared to other hotels in Arizona. But there are not many hotels in Parker itself, so I think they can still fill their property at higher prices.

I am quite certain I'll be back, properly in the summer though when it's warm and cozy.

TV remote, non functioning for basic control, like turning TV on. Went to front desk was told we needed to push button on side of tv. If you know this ahead of time, how bout a simple heads up. No worries. I won't have to get dressed again to walk to front desk to find this out. Volume toggle didn't function either. Just not what I would expect for $170 a night. BW has been much better for less in many other locations.

Baby roaches were calling on my nightstand after changing rooms two times. The breakfast was cold eggs had too much salt in them. And there was a panhandler at the door. A young lady of the desk said she was going to call the police and have him removed. But he was still there later during the day

Nice clean hotel with big rooms. Quiet area. There are restaurants within walking distance. You can park big trucks commercial vehicles behind the hotel in a dirt parking lot. No complaints good place!

This property was perfect. Wonderful employees, room was outstanding, great location - everything was outstanding. The day of my departure my truck would not start and thanks to Rick, the maintenance man, we got it started so that I could head to AutoZone. He was a lifesaver! Everyone at the front desk was friendly, accommodating and went above and beyond. ||You get what you pay for and this property was well worth the little extra I paid when compared to local discount properties.

The service we received was excellent. The rooms were only ok. It was a non-smoking room, but it did smell lightly of cigarette smoke. The A/C didn't keep the room cold at night. We were on the river during the day. The key cards did not work consistently and we had to go to the front desk a few times to get a new card.

What Best Western is doing as a brand has been great for me. I enjoy the rewards program and service provided at multiple locations throughout the year. The prices are very fair for the amenities provided. Some locations cost more than others and I find that they haven’t disappointed yet, especially with the breakfasts.

Small motel on the route from Las Vegas towards Joshua Tree National Park. My room was comparatively small. The curtains had to stay closed, otherwise others could look in from outside. The air conditioning was very loud at night. The pool was in the shade in the afternoon, which was pleasant. The breakfast was not exceptional, but sufficient. The team was friendly and professional.
