We had a great stay. We enjoyed the pool and conference room for our group to spend time together while we were at the hotel. Diane was definitely the highlight of our stay. She was warm, welcoming, and ultra-accommodating. She offered to make us breakfasts to go and make coffee for us when we short on time. Diane even gave us a few oranges and things to snack on during our busy day. We aren’t “morning people,” but Diane made our early mornings so much easier each day. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western. It’s conveniently located to where my daughter’s dance competition is. Diane was extremely friendly and helpful. She greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed. She went above and beyond to make sure we were well prepared for a long day of dance. We love coming back to the Best Western each year when we are in town for the dance competition.

This hotel is very hospitable!! Our check in was great with Tucker. We are return patrons as our first experience was a delight. Mrs. Diane is absolutely fantastic!! The room was nice, the pool was clean and fun, but the best part was breakfast with Diane! She was so kind and friendly. She asked about the kids competition and wished them good luck. She was obviously proud of the food and it was very good. She’s a gem!

Stayed at this hotel, and honestly, it was a solid experience. First off, the free breakfast? Pretty damn good—way more filling than I expected. No tiny portions or sad-looking food; you actually leave feeling full and ready to roll.

Now, gotta give a huge shoutout to Tucker at the front desk. Dude’s a total pro. Super chill but also knows his stuff. Check-in was smooth as butter, and every question I had—whether it was about the room, amenities, or just random things—he had clear, helpful answers without making me feel like I was asking dumb stuff. Plus, he explained everything in a way that actually made sense, not just some scripted “customer service voice” kinda thing. You can tell he actually cares about making sure guests have a good stay.

Overall, the whole vibe of the hotel was great—clean rooms, solid service, and just a hassle-free experience. Definitely recommend, and if you get Tucker at check-in, you’re in good hands!

Positive: Hotel employee who worked in the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful. She is an asset to the hotel. I also enjoyed my shower. The water was so soft and the products (shampoo and body wash) were excellent quality. Negative: It wasn?t that I didn?t like it, but I was surprised that there wasn?t a hair dryer in the room. They did have them, but you had to go to the front desk to get it.

I was here for a business trip. I liked that it was a quiet hotel and simple amenities. The breakfast attendant, Diane, always greeted me in the morning when I was downstairs and was always very nice and attentive to everyone who was there for breakfast. Hotel is kept clean and I really enjoyed the suites with a couch that makes my long trips feel a bit homey. Simple and great value for the area
