Amazing stay and amazing staff. Victoria, Sylvia and Romanda made my staff great. Sylvia had wonderful over the phone customet service. She was well spoken and polite. Victoria went out of her way to ensure that I received my favorite room (if available). She Recognized me as a select diamond member and checked me in quickly. Romandavalso ensured my stay was amazing, she provided me me latex gloves that I requested. My room was very clean, comfortable with everything in working order. The housekeeping keeps the hotel and surrounding area very clean. Breakfast was kept hot with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The gym was well Equipped. Will Definitely return.

It was a toss up between a one and two.

I have stayed over a hundred nights in hotels over the last year. I needed a place with a simple bed while in for family event. All I needed was clean, efficient, comfortable bed and safe.

NOT A TV TO BE FOUND WITH FOX ON IT.

Checking took over 10 minutes because front desk Bambi was stuck on a 3rd party booking.

The room stunk of overly scented cleaning products.

Toilet needed to be fixed.

And those were the better points. The bed was awful. I could feel every spring.

Hotel included breakfast rate normally form barely edible to do not bother. This was in the do not bother group. The highlight in two days was bacon. Well it looked like baco, was greasy like bacon and tasted like nothing. AT least they did not screw up yogurt and green tea.

THE real highlight that needs to be pointed out was the cleaning staff. BED it self sucked. But the room was immaculately clean. The entire motel was immaculately clean. And not sure if do to language barrier, but everyone in the cleaning staff was polite, recognized a guest was in their presence and talked to us

I stayed here and I booked the room with a king bed and jetted tub. Upon arrival the lady at the front desk was great and very apologetic in the future after my reasoning for my immediate check out. For reference I paid $170 for one night. Once I entered the room I immediately knew that I needed to start taking photos. There were chips of paint missing on all the walls, a broken door on the tv stand that held the safe, and the room door had immediate lock changes from the looks on the condition of the door. The one reason I got the room was for the jetted tub in the room. The jetted tub had a front panel that was half off and cracks along the side of the tub. The platform that the tub was on was also cracked. At first I thought it was okay I can deal with it for the night. I then saw that the caulk was lifted around the tub and the littlest bit of pressure I put on the side of the tub, the tub sunk about half an inch from the caulk seal. It was not stable once so ever. The safety feature of it all, the room door. It was well aware that they changed the locks many times. The locks on it were not stable and the door was a wreck in itself. I ended up checking out of the room not even 45 minutes upon entering. To also add, nobody at the location knew of any type of damage within their property and were going to put the blame on me.

I am currently in the middle of my stay. I booked 1 night here just because I knew me and my husband would not want to drive the long distant back home. We could of booked at a closer location to where we went but we booked here because it had a jacuzzi in the room. After returning back to the room we filled the jacuzzi with water and went to turn the jets on and to our dismay they didn't work. We tried a few times but nothing. It just made the noise like it was on but that was it. I called to the front desk to let them know. The same lady that checked us in answered and stated that maintenance had gone home for the evening but as soon as they come in in the morning they can come up. I advised we are staying just 1 night so after check out they can come instead of waking us up at the crack of dawn. She then offered for someone from housekeeping to come up to look at it. I asked if they would know how to fix it and she said she didn't know. So I declined and said to just send maintenance up tomorrow. We'll hotels.com reached out later to the hotel about a partial refund for me and spoke with Joseph at the front desk who refused any type of compensation towards my room because I declined housekeepings assistance from coming up to look at the problem with the jacuzzi. I am going to wait and speak with the manager in the morning to see if I can resolve this issue. Hopefully that person handles issues differently than Joseph does. That's bad customer service. So I will update this post after checkout. $150 for 1 night for a room with a jacuzzi that didn't work. And now I discovered water on the floor in the bathroom around the toilet.

On my first night I had an issue with the room smelling like smoke and my neighbors blaring music at 5 am. I went down and talked to the lovely front desk attendant. She immediately moved my room and the second room was much better.

First off, right in the door I was greeted by the front desk lady Victoria. I would like to say she was respectful, nice, and very informative on prices and the stay. My only complaint was the Television/Cable. It kept freezing, then skipping ahead, very annoying. Any hotel of this quality should be able to keep up with things like that. Room 328. Other than that staff and breakfast were great, bed was comfy.

All of the staff was very friendly and quite welcoming. The rooms and building was clean and quiet. The beds were comfy and the breakfast food was very good! We had a very pleasant stay for a few days and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We will return to stay there again.
