The hotel was a bit hard to find.

Everything else was great. Clean, kept up, and fully functional. Guest-ready. The staff were friendly, competent, flexible, and seemed to genuinely want to serve.

The breakfast was great. Only comments are that the plates and plasticware should be on one end or the other--not in the middle, and maybe napkins, rather than a roll of paper towels. The scrambled eggs were fresh, the sausage links good, and there was a no sugar syrup option. There was also a kiwi/strawberry no sugar drink.

If I could leave zero stars I would. From the moment I came in the receptionist harassed me and my family. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, there were so many bugs in the window seals. The phone didn’t work the cords weren’t even attached. The jacuzzi and pool were dirty, you could see the dirt floating. Dogs were barking all night long and then they charged me $25 because I had people Visit us at the hotel, no stay over just visit. I will be calling corporate . I had not one but two rooms at a considerable rate. My brother and his wife also had a room so that’s 3 for my people! I could have took my almost $400 elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a homeless person. Do better.

The location was great for our family. We had the queen suite which gave us extra room and with 2 granddaughters along it made our visit more enjoyable. Breakfast was standard fare but good. The lady at the front desk was friendly. The kids swam in the pool but it was too cold for me even though it is a small pool. The hot tub was perfect - we have stayed here before and will return.

Positive: Convenience to freeway and family residence. Free breakfast. Negative: I'm 81 with some mobility issues. I found the tub/shower a bit hard to get out of and just one hold bar made showering a bit difficult. Even though there were protective strips, the tub was still slippery and I put a hand towel down for better traction.

Easy on and off the freeway. Very friendly staff, good breakfast. Room was spacious as was the bathroom. I would definitely stay here again.

1st time at your Best Western. So pleasantly surprised. Your counter staff Ariel Renolds was overly Helpful, Kind, Friendly. The Rooms were top notch. Morning breakfast was very good. We viewed but didn't use the Workout Room, Indoor Swimming Pool, Sauna. Been a long time since we stayed @ a Best Western with so many amenities that were, clean and usable.

Was a great stay! Breakfast was good as well! I was here for work so unfortunately didn't get to check out pool area but looked very nice as well! Pet fee was very reasonable and lots of grass to go walk around!
Every employee i ran into was super friendly and helpful! Thank you!!

While this s a standard hotel - what truly makes this place far superior than the other hotels in the area are the incredible staff. The staff are beyond kind and helpful. They are always so positive and happy to help. I would choose to stay here over a nicer hotel purely due to the incredible staff here.
