My mom said this room was newer compared to the other one we stayed in for 2 weeks. The staff were very helpful Room cleaning can be requested. There are toiletries too. The room is spacious.The WiFi is decent but sometimes it weakens. The location of the hotel is great as there are shops and restaurants nearby. No laundry service in the hotel, but there are laundromats nearby.

Nice, clean room. Location okay middle of a busy street & next to frwy. Front entrance could use some TLC. Front desk personnel could be a bit more groomed and dressed. Downside: Be prepared to pay for parking daily. This is on top of your room rate.

Room is not terrible but the windows do need to be changed to possibly help with sound, and there needs to be some curtains. As the room can never get fully dark with the wooden blinds provided. My daughter has a hard time sleeping because it was so bright in the room all night

This hotel is an Oasis in Chaos. It is very clean, well kept, quiet (inside), despite being close to Hwy. 101 and almost full with guests. There’s a sign outside of the dining room with day-by-day hot breakfast “specials”. The hot breakfast and other food selections are fresh and well stocked. The hotel's parking lot has 1-way in/out, which is great for security reasons, etc. Security is #1 priority for Tuan, Manager. There are “talking” security cameras in the parking lot, “You are on camera”, plus all hotel entries & hallways are on live camera. We noticed there were a lot of contractors staying at this hotel; most likely for the security, breakfast foods, location, etc. My husband & I once lived in this part of San Jose, CA, & know how life is here; we felt very safe & well taken care of. We highly recommend this hotel. P.S. We didn't see/use the swimming pool or use the internet during our 1 night stay.

The staff were very helpful. The hotel was accessible. It's easy to book an Uber or Lyft. It's near Japantown too. There's a heater and bathtub.

Update: The response by the hotel is dishonest: I never used the bathroom in the lobby, why would I? I had my own room. I was put into a room with a single bed, it was not an upgrade. I did not get a discounted rate. It cost $320 for two nights.

Front desk difficult to work with.

Breakfast poor at best. Really atrocious food.

Asked for late checkout and was informed if I check out one minute past the 12 o’clock hour, I will be charged more.

We chose this hotel as it’s so close to the waterpark. For one night it was good. Comfortable bed and room was clean, but obviously loud as next to the freeway. Breakfast options were not good and all unhealthy. Only option we had was the fruit, despite that, we had a pleasant stay.

Cheap place to stay and relaxed. The only thing to be done to this rooms is a curtain to bright if you wanna sleep more sun comes in so bright
