I’ve been staying at this hotel on and off for the past 3-4 years, and it’s always been a great experience. The manager and staff are amazing—super friendly, professional, and always go above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable. Every stay feels welcoming, and you can tell they truly care about their guests. The rooms are always clean, the breakfast is well-stocked and fresh, and the overall vibe of the hotel is great. Location is very convenient if you are visiting for work, concerts and events, or just because. Restaurants, gas stations, coffee shops, grocery and convenience stores all down the road.
The team here really makes the difference—they’re the reason I keep coming back. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly, and comfortable hotel stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western in Concord, CA, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the excellent customer service. The front desk staff were welcoming, professional, and eager to assist with any questions or needs I had during my stay.

The location of the hotel is another highlight. It's conveniently situated near shopping centers, restaurants, and main roads, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, it's a great base for getting around.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The staff is super friendly. John/Nico was very hospitable and accommodating to during our stay here, my family and I really appreciate it. I love the fact that its accessible to many stores, gas stations, and restaurants/fast food establishments. Breakfast was okay. My only issue was the shower is kind of tricky to figure out and for some reason even when we'd hit the sweet spot the water would suddenly become freezing cold in the middle of showering. Overall we definitely enjoyed our stay here! If I'm ever in the area again I'll definitely stay here again!

It’s a great deal for the price! The rooms are clean and comfy, with lots of pillows. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast is really satisfying—perfect for starting the day. If you're after luxury or a huge breakfast, this might not be the place, but for what you pay, it's a solid choice overall!

The hotel is good, the employees in the front desk is polite but the morning house keeping is poor service. They don’t change the mattress cover, pillows cover, blankets and towels everything. They used the same every day until we complained. After that they do the same thing. They just flipped it over and folded the towel as new.

I think this is a solid Best Western! I’ve stayed at several and I always feel great about staying at this one. The people are friendly, it’s a great value for the money, it’s clean and the air con unit is not so loud it keeps you up all night. The shower faucet is tricky to figure out so maybe a note on how to do that would alleviate any frustrated guest trying to take a shower! But overall, I feel safe at that location and it’s near food and gas. It’s also near a McDonald, so who can complain? 😋 I would definitely stay here again!

The room had an odor which was some chemical air freshener type smell seeming to mask other odors. The bathroom didn't look that clean. The ceiling was paper thin and I could hear music coming from the upstairs room way past a decent time. I could also hear every step and a horrible strange squeaking noise directly above my head. I called the front desk twice asking them to tell the people above me to turn down the music. They were friendly and said they would, but the problem continued. The second time they said that there had been a concert and many people were being loud. I explained that I had been at that concert myself. This was about 1:30-2:00. The third time I called the front desk to ask to move rooms, I was informed that the hotel was booked- so I went upstairs and asked the people to turn off their music- which they did.
It was inexpensive- so I guess you get what you pay for, but I will opt to may more for a quiet clean room.

The stay was decent. The room had all the typical amenities including shower, Fridge, Microwave, and Chairs.

Unfortunately there was some issues.

The first night, someone pulled the fire alarm or something at 11 pm. No confirmed fire.

And the front door having little to no seal. Which allowed a large Cockroach to enter and hang out on my jacket overnight hanging on the closet hanger.

As the room was nearer towards the open dumpster, it makes sense that there will be some pests.

The refrigerator was broken. As I attempted to unplug it and plugged it into a new socket. With No new result. Fortunately, I did not keep any perishables.

The shower knob was so rusted, it took an effort to pull. A demonstration is needed.

And the cherry on the cake was under the lamp shade, some rude guest previously to my stay stuck a used gum.

The accommodations were agreeable. Just small details.
