We booked a night here for a ski trip up to Tahoe. We arrived late in the evening (11:30pm) and the night clerk was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We ended up leaving around 5am and the night clerk was still working and setting up breakfast. He was so friendly and accomdating!

Friendly staff. Bradley & Josh did an excellent job at check-in. The housekeeping staff had the room ready and it was super clean. Stayed Christmas Eve and Christmas night. The motel appeared to be fully booked but it was unbelievably quiet, even on the lower floor close to the office. We experienced absolutely no traffic noise from the I-80.

Located not exactly in downtown Auburn but a very short drive to downtown. The spa was open but a little dirty. The rooms smelled like bleach, for that extra clean room smell. The price was right for what you get. The breakfast wasn't too bad, very typical for free breakfast hotels. Check in was quick.

This is a convent location off of I80. We were driving home and it was getting late. Due to being tired from our flight, we decided to get a room for the night. The front desk person was efficient and provided us with a rate based on our best western account. The room was clean and the bathroom seems to be fairly recently renovated. The bedroom was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Due to the proximity to the highway you do here some road noise. But I found as we were getting to sleep it seemed more like white noise. We both slept in and were well rested for the drive home

Easy check in/out, very clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows. Hot tub was nice and hot! Kids loved the breakfast waffles, big selection of items with good weekend service hours. Will stay again.

A wonderful hotel. Older (one of the earlier Best Westerns) and certainly not a luxury venue, but comfortable, clean and updated (free wifi and a decent sized flat screen TV with many choices on cable). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Pet friendly and has a small attached park with picnic tables. The complimentary breakfast had a large variety of selections- from make your own waffles, hard boiled eggs, Jimmy Dean breakfast muffins, fresh bagels, muffins, and fruit, to the usual yogurt, cereal and oatmeal. One tip: if you prefer quiet for sleeping, ask for a room not facing the street/freeway or ask for free earplugs at the front desk (my room faced the road, but I did not change it- I used earplugs and had 4 nights of great sleep!). Oh, and don't forget to scoop up some of the freshly baked cookies in the lobby!

Absolutely loved staying here! All the staff is wonderful, room was clean, breakfast was great. They have on site free parking and there’s lots of food choices near by. The price was reasonable. The grounds at the hotel was very clean. They have a nice grassy area with BBQ pits and sitting areas.

It is a great value, always safe, comfortable and extremely clean hotel.
The hotel staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind and professional people. They always make me feel welcome. I feel like I’m visiting family 💗
