Wonderful experience. Sebastian at the front desk went above and beyond, MULTIPLE times to help me out, and made my stay so much better. I accidentally left my dome light on in my car and he made a point of finding out the make and model and looking up in the system so he could call me in my room and let me know if he had not done that I would have missed my daughter‘s gymnastics competition the next day I owe him everything!!!!! Give him a raise!

The room is a good size, but the bathroom smells like urine, the molding in the tub is old and cracked, and the whole place feels very run down. I didn't want to walk in the room barefooted. It's also very noisy: I could hear the television in the next room and also heard people yelling at each other several times. Some of this noise may have been due to my location: i was in room 117, which is directly above the lobby. I suggest you avoid this room.

The free breakfast is passable, though the serving space is quite small and crowded. My scrambled eggs were cold and had some dry areas that made me think they were not fresh. I only ate one meal there because of that.

Staff was friendly and service was quick. There are a supermarket, a pharmacy, a fast-food joint, and several small shops right across the street and several other restaurants within a few blocks.

Stay away from this place! Terrible hoteI. I will never stay here again and will definitely avoid the Best Western franchise in the future. We were there for 3 nights in a suite. The first roll away that was brought to our room was filthy with rodent droppings and dead bugs on the sheets. It took two nights to get another brought to our room although the supervisor assured us she would take care of it and that they had beds available. The rooms had brown streaks dripping down the walls and no working fan in the bathroom. We were told that our room could not be made up when we made the request as the signage in the room instructed. They then suggested we call the corporate office if we had a complaint. We were told maintenance was not available when the toilet was clogged. A request for a plunger was also denied. There were several other issues during our stay. Employees seemed to know nothing and were unable or unwilling to help.

After 3 days of attempting to get multiple issues resolved and speaking with an onsite supervisor several times and a manager who followed up after our stay, we were given a $20 discount on a final bill well over $500. The manager felt this was sufficient although we shared how this felt insulting after the numerous unresolved issues.

No maintenance on site to fix a broken window lock and broken phone. Our reservation for adjoining rooms for our family was denied. Although we were told there was service on-site 24/7, our request for towels at 8 PM was denied. We were told we could only get towels from the front desk the following day. Luckily there was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door that was left by the previous occupant. Overall unsafe, dirty, and unaccommodating.

The breakfast buffet is one of the best I've ever been to! We were in town for the draft horse show, and it was an easy drive to the fairgrounds. Everything was great! The bathroom door stuck just a bit, but otherwise we had no complaints. Would recommend it!

The worst customer service experience ever!!

I spoke to the lady at the front desk Andrea and she was extremely abrasive. I was asking for information but she was unhelpful and even defensive. She brushed me off to help the customer behind me before I was done talking to her. When I asked to talk to her manager she said no and threatened to call the cops. I ended up having to knock on the door of the kitchen and ask them to call a manager. When the manager Tamika came, she immediately ganged up on me with desk lady without even hearing anything I had to say. She raised her voice at me and again threatened to call the cops. I’ve never felt so mistreated in my life. STAY AWAY!!!

Well, we didn't come here as our first idea, but we ended up getting stuck on a nearby mountain, and the wonderful staff helped me and my wife feel at home. 10 out of 10 very wonderful. The nicest staff I have ever met

I left my rings here in October. I called only a few hours after I left the hotel. The employee said yes they had my rings so I asked them if they could send them to me. She had no idea and told me she was going to have the manager call me back to see if they could ship them to me. She took my name and my address.
I have called back multiple times with no success. I still don't have my rings.
I am sure Best Western has some sort of protocol when guests leave belongings; however everyone at this hotel acted like they had no idea what to do.
And again, I still don't have my rings. All they have to do is put them in a box and ship them to me. I told them I would pay for all charges. These rings aren't replaceable. They are gifts from family members such as my mom and my grandma. I am devastated.
