The title of this review asks a question. You need to think about your answer when considering this property. My wife and I wanted a clean, comfortable, convenient, and quiet overnight lodging with someplace to eat dinner close by. Which boxes did it check? The check-in service was good. The property has two floors, but no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage ask for a ground floor room. The room was clean but there was only one chair. There was quite a bit of noise in the hallways until about midnight since there was a dart-throwing championship being hosted there. There is a restaurant with a wide variety of entrees. Like many hotels, the heating/cooling unit tends to cycle repeatedly with some fan noise. Right now, there is construction on I-25 through the downtown area which makes access to the property more difficult. So, I'd give it a 5 for clean, a 4 for comfortable, a 3.5 for convenient, and a 2 for quiet. If you're choosing between the two BWs in Casper, I'd look at the price differential between them when making my choice.

My hats off to the staff. The hotel was full with a convention and 2 sports events going on. Everyone was still welcoming, smiling and asking what they could do to help. Food was great, rooms were very clean. Event staff was remarkable. Thank you making feel Wyoming welcome.

I was so grateful for the front desk worker Taryn. When we came down in the evening after a long day she was so helpful in getting us everything we needed to help us enjoy our stay. She was so friendly. She told us about all the great places to go in casper in order to get the most out of our trip. She was very good at answering all of our questions as well.

We loved it. Very clean, the staff we met were all wonderful. Cecelia (sp)the housekeeper was very helpful and nice. Our waitress I think her name was Melody we loved her. We felt fortunate to sit at her table when we had breakfast. The gals at the front desk were very nice too. We know we will stay at downtown Best Western when we come to Casper.

I'll start by saying location is fine, it's just the construction that makes it difficult but the service was great and room was clean and spacious. We had our privacy sign on the door all week but housekeeping was on it and left us a whole bag with fresh towels and wash clothes "just in case" which we deeply appreciate! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and we look forward to our next!

I recently stayed here for 7 days and paid at checkin. I was charged a extra 184.00 on day 2 of my stay and immediately tried to remedy it with staff. I was told they didn't do that charge. Even though on the bank charge it says best western casper. I was told daily the manager Michelle would be reaching out. Not a word from her. 2 days before check out I was a little more forceful and was told they'd comp the last 2 nights. Come check out they didn't do so. And still do not have the extra 184.00 returned they deny taking. Don't stay here unless your willing to have extra unexplained charges and be ignored by management.

The first thing that happened when I got to the hotel was I got completely lost it is a very big hotel. I'm not sure if she worked in housekeeping or in the laundry room but a young woman named Melissa( my name also) blonde hair really really sweet, she helped me to find my room and then help me find the ice machine. Every employee I ran into was amazing but she really stuck out. When I saw her the morning before I left, the same employee Melissa asked me how my evening was and if the room was up to my standards she also got me a fresh towels. I hope to see her when I come back next month
