We were in town for a concert and to see the city. For the concert the location was great only an 8 min drive to the arena which was lovely. To see the city it was a bit more difficult. It is near trains into the city but if you’re not familiar with how that all works it can be a bit confusing. I was actually charged twice for my room. Once as the actual fee and once as the “security deposit” it was explained to me that there would be a $100 fee for security deposit which is all well and good- however I was charged the full price of the room as the deposit which was not explained well by any of the staff and they couldn’t speak to why my deposit was so high. This basically meant that all my spending money for the trip was in limbo until I checked out of the room which added a lot of stress to my trip. I won’t be booking here again. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good though.

Nice clean room with microwave and refrigerator. TV had good channel coverage. Shower was very nice with dispensers for soap, shampoo and cream rinse. Good free breakfast with scrambled eggs and bacon. For the price you can’t go wrong. Free parking. A little noisy from Mannheim Street and thin interior walls. If there is a next time I will bring ear plugs for sleeping or try to get a room further on the east side of the building further away from Mannheim.

Hotel is really good. Breakfast has lots of items & especially coffee is awesome. Front desk invited with greetings and they are really polite. The rooms are clean. All the hall way smells nice. They provide water upon checkin. Best one to stay.

Very clean rooms, very kind and professional staff, breakfast and parking included, safe neighborhood, close to the airport, Great pricing! Could not have asked for better accommodations at this price point! I will definitely be staying here again!

If I could give this a 0 star I would. This place is disgusting. They gave us a dirty room that had bloody towels all over and a positive UTI test on the floor. After staying for 2 hours until we found different sleeping arrangements we left as we did not feel comfortable staying there. As I’m now trying to get my refund, they’re trying to state to the booking site we used our booking and don’t want to give me my money back. I’m beyond appalled at the very low standards of this place. I have pictures of the disgusting mess we walked into to. Oh and they don’t even have their pool filled up but it’s advertised on the site that they do fyi

This hotel was an absolute disgrace. The halls reeked of weed, shady people were hanging around, and one creep made my wife feel unsafe. The pool was shut down, no conference room, and worst of all—Selma and MJ stole 33,000 of my reward points. I was charged $240 plus an extra $159 that never got refunded. The manager was rude, dismissive, and shoved blame on the customer. As a Platinum member, this treatment is outrageous. This Des Plaines location is a joke—I wouldn’t recommend it to my enemy.

The front desk personnel are always with a smile on their faces, the house keeping personnel are really nice and friendly and do an excellent job keeping the rooms clean. The breakfast is always good and the food and staff are always there for you, they keep the area clean and with plenty of food and options. Overall the hotel is clean, well maintained and excellent location. Keep The Good Work!!!

Not worth it. Pool is closed and area looks like it's uses for storage. Staff states that's noted online but there's nothing stating a big amenity is not available. Breakfast bar had bugs on equipment and one juice dispenser had dirt coming out into the juice. Also needs to request bed sheets due to questionable stains on the bed. Just don't do it. I stayed one of Teo booked nights due to how bad it was.
